Some of the most popular pairs in Hyouibana (Not a headcanon)

I've gathered this list so that newbies/beginners of this game can take an impression or at least take an interest for their pair starters so they can play on their own. Alright, here are some of the ones I chose.

Reimu/Marisa
Let's be honest, if it wasn't for this game, these two wouldn't be together. If you check the popularity poll for best pairs (or partners Idk), they're the most popular since, well, Reimu is the first most popular and Marisa's the second. People depicted them as frienemies but I assure you, they're true friends.
ANYWAY! That mumbo-jumbo isn't necessary. So what I like best in this pair is because of their perfect cooperation with one another. These two work very well together and I can put up a bunch of combos with these two. One of the few minuses is that Marisa lacks long-range specials, which is somewhat useful for combo enders. If there's a long range that you'll use, I definitely recommend Koishi as slave.
Another plus is that these two can act as "starters", as in, combo starters.
Now obviously relying on tag isn't very beneficial as it cost the slave meter everytime (and thanks to the current patch that disables slave from gathering slave points each time hitting opponents because they think it's ilogical and I agree) and slave meter can be used for LW and Occult Attacks. So better using standalone combos instead. This list is just recommendations for pair ideas.

Koishi/Kokoro
Ohhh my goooood!!! This is by far my favourite pair. Not only they work together very well but these two are so hilarious nd adorable! A little history that I actually dislike Koishi first in HM (because my bro beat the shit out of me with Koishi in HM. Yeah, I suck) and I focus on labbing Kokoro instead because she looks cute when I first saw her (I also didn't quite like her but that's when I was still an Undertale fan). Then I move on to ULiL (nothing much to say), then discovered AoCF. I labbed Kokoro and a buncha characters for no reason and then discovered a fellow member of my server's channel video. His name is Gpop, and I saw his Koishi combo video in AoCF. It got me interested in Koishi and when I saw Kokoro as well, it was like seeing an opportunity to combine P O W E R .
And I did, and so I labbed those two. I freaking love this pair. I can think of many combos for them too.

Miko/Byakuren
Okay, I don't do this pair, but I can definitely see their cooperation with one another. Here's a combo video of them. (Remember some of these may not work in future patches)

Tenshi/Shimmyoumaru
(jeez that's a long ass name)
I also don't do this pair but I can see their work as combinations as well. I think the only hard part with these two is the jump tag cancel. Which is a difficult mechanic in AoCF.

Marisa/Koishi
Another prior example. I don't do this pair as well but it's a well done suggestion.

(A lot of Marisa standalones but it's usefully worth it. Trust mee!!)

Koishi/Mokou
I sometimes do this pair for mash purposes. But then it isn't my main pair. These two definitely cooperate well too.

Byakuren/Yukari
No, no, I also don't use this pair. But my fellow friend from my discord server definitely use and love this pair.

(Not many but it's useful)

Yukari/Tenshi
Honestly, I saw someone with this pair so I'm not surprised and they work pretty well too. I suggest you watch some replays of them.

Tenshi/Mokou
I rarely use this, but these two are super fun! I also saw someone use this pair. If you're interested, I'll give you a link to a replay of this pair. Or you can search it yourself.

Not a headcanon, yes. But I feel like sharing this to give some sort of impression or something to spark the interest in this game because this game is kinda 'dead'. Thanks for reading!
