Chapter Three - I really am a looser

Rapunzel gasped, "Oh, I... I'm really sorry. But I only love you as a friend." She looked at me sadly. "Oh, okay..." I replied.

Rejected. AGAIN. For like the fourth time this week. I felt like kicking Hans in the gut, he made me ask her out too early.

"Please don't take it personally!" She started to get a little tense.

"Don't worry about it, it's fine" I tried to smile.

"Are you sure?" She clicked her hands together in a hopeful way.

"I'm sure" I sigh.

The bell rings. Rapunzel hugs me in a friendly way, "Bye, Jack." She said. "Bye..." I said quietly. She broke the hug and walked away to class. How could she say no to being my girlfriend?! She's never gonna get a chance like that again.

I watched as she walked away to class. But she made me shocked how she turned into an empty locker hallway. "That's not the way to class" I thought. I quietly followed her to where she was going. I got down on my knees and hid behind a plant. I made sure I kept out of her sight.

"Isn't that stalking?" I heard from behind me.

I turned around quickly in shock. I saw Hiccup. "Damn you, Hiccup!" I let out a sigh of relief.

"What?" He asked. I tugged him down to his knees by the collar. "Shutup, you idiot! We're gonna get caught!" I whispered in an annoyed tone. "Calm down, dude. Punzie's not even looking" Hiccup rolled his eyes. "Shh!" I put my hand over his mouth.

Just then, I saw someone walk towards Rapunzel, and... kiss her?! What the heck?!! I lifted my head up higher and saw that it was Flynn. Another popular guy that I try to beat. But we're actually good friends, much better friends than me and Hans. Me and Hans aren't even friends, we're rivals.

I looked at Hiccup, "She's got a boyfriend?! How?! When?!" He looked shocked. "Didn't you know? They've been dating for two days now. She only told me, Merida and Anna, but I would of assumed she told you too."

I sighed and got up from behind the plant. "Oh. Good for her," I sadly walked away. Hiccup followed me. "We should get to class." He smiled. "Yeah, I'll follow you..." I started to walk with Hiccup.

"I really am a looser" I thought.
