I wake up the next morning to Melissa shaking me.
"Wake up, lazy ass! We're going to the mall, and you got a package." She says.
I groan.
I get up and walk to the kitchen to see another package.
"Roses are red
Violets are blue
Love yourself,
As much as I love you."
I smile while putting the rose in the vase.
I ate breakfast and got dressed. I wore an orange off the shoulder romper. I then did my face routine and we were off to the mall.
When we got to the mall, Melissa and I walked into Sephora.
I walked in and spent over two hundred dollars on makeup.
I bought three liquid lipsticks at a total of sixty dollars all together, and one setting powder that was thirty four dollars from HUDA BEAUTY. I also bought an eyeshadow primer for twenty two dollars, a face primer for thirty two dollars, a thirty four dollar foundation, and a twenty dollar eyeliner from Fenty Beauty By Rihanna. My total was $215.40.
What can I say? Makeup is expensive!
"Do you really need all of that?" Melissa asks.
"Yes." I said walking out.
We then went to Hollister, Forever 21, Starbucks, PINK, and LUSH.
As we were walking, Melissa asked, "So are you and Daniel back together?"
I laughed. "No, we're not. We're just friends."
"I see that you're trusting him more." She smirked."Yeah, he's not as bad as I thought he was."
"Have you kissed him yet?"
"What? No."
"Oh come on, we all know he likes you."
"But I don't know how I feel about him though."
The conversation ended, mainly because Melissa got distracted by a hot guy.
After a huge shopping spree, we finally went home.
Melissa and I struggled to get to the door while holding so many heavy bags.
When we got inside, I watered my roses.
After, I took a shower and did my nighttime routine.
I then sat next to Melissa on the couch as we watched Thirteen Reasons Why. By the end of the episode I was crying. No deserves to go through what Hannah did.
I started thinking about Daniel. Do I like him or not? I mean he's really sweet, funny, kind, and cute, but at the same time, I'm scared of getting hurt again. I knew love was complicated, but not this complicated.
