Past meets Present

Keith POV
I really don't wanna it to be true. So I closed my eyes and opened them again and she's still there.

Erica.

The girl who left me and my son by ourselves while she out forgetting her responsibility as a mother. She disgust me so bad.

"Who is this Keithy," she say all happy while glaring at Ryan.

" Don't worry about it and don't call me that I don't know you," I say with an attitude and shake my head.

" Ohh so you don't know who your baby mother is???" She say rolling her crust ass neck.

" I guess not," I say while shrugging then turning to Ryan. " Come on let's go well to my place and chill for a minute," I say putting the money on the table while getting up .

"Umm ok Keith let me get my food," she say going back and grabbing it.

I'm getting agitated because I'm ready to go and get away from Erica ass.

"Just leave it I'll bye you some more," I say grabbing her and rushing out the restaurant.

"Leaving so soon Keithy," Erica annoying ass say.

I just turn around and flipping her off.

"Slow down Keith I'm finna fall you going to fast,"Ryan say while tripping.

"Just hurry up and get in the car," I say with an attitude while opening the door for her.

She get in so I go to the drivers side and sit in the car . Then I just bang my head on the steering wheel and just stay there for a while.

Soon I feel Ryan rubbing my back. "It's ok baby just drive back to your house so we can talk so and you can calm down," she says concerned.

I say ok then start up the car and drive to  my crib. The whole time I'm thinking why Erica is back like is she trying to mess up me and Noah life because I won't let that happen.

As I pull up to my house I get out and let Ryan out. We walk up to the steps I unlock the door and we walk in.

" Omg your house is beautiful," she said admiring my house.

"Thank you," I say still kinda upset.

"So where is Noah," she say looking around for him.

" He's with my sister," I say in a low tone.

" Come on let's sit on the couch and chill for a min," she say while pulling my hand leading me to the couch.

As I sit down I pull her on my lap. She leans back on my chest and gets comfortable. We stay there for a while just enjoying the quietness.

" Keith I know in the inside it's some problems that haven't been settled yet but just know I am always here to listen even if we just met each other you can trust me,"she say sincerely.

I sigh before starting to talk ," That's the problem I feel like I can't trust nobody ever since what Erica did to me and Noah. She left me and my son the first day he was born leaving me to raise him on my own now I feel like I can't trust nobody or get close to them because they just going to leave me and Noah when they get tired of us. So I just don't get close to anyone anymore that's why if I'm going to be with you I'm taking a risk because I have to learn to trust so I can be with you. I know you different from Erica but it's my own insecurity holding my back from being with you." I'm surprising myself because I don't let others know my feelings I just keep it inside.

I put my head in the crook of her neck holding her trying not to get emotional because this is a hard topic for me to talk about.

I just wanna trust Ryan but I don't know how.

Ryan POV
I sat there listening to Keith say all of this and let me tell you I am shocked. I really didn't think he would tell me like wow.

" It's ok Keith you don't have to trust me rn but I know you do a little bit by telling me this. I just wanna say that I will be by your side and help you get over this no matter what it takes. I feel like I have said this in a lot of my pass relationships and they didn't take me serious all they did was take my kindness for weakness. They used me. Made me look stupid and just flat out embarrassed me. I'm just so naive but I feel like you different too I can trust you and that you won't use me," I say letting him know how I feel. 

" I won't use you. You way to good for me I wouldn't do that to you, I couldn't do that to you," he says while taking my hands.

I turn around on his lap and straddle him so that we can see each other faces. I grab his face in my hands and say while looking into his eyes ," even though we haven't known each other for that long I really like you ."

He started leaning in then saying," me too."

Next thing I know is that he lean up some more and started kissing me and ouu we it felt real good.

We started getting more into it and he pulls me closer while deepening the kiss some more. I wrap my arms around his neck then he bite my lip trying to open my mouth some more and I let him. We was just kissing for a while not going any farther than that. Finally we pulled apart.

I just sat there with this goofy ass smile on my face.

He look at me and started laughing. "Why you smiling like that lil mama?" He say questioning me.

Omg I love when he call me that. " That was a good kiss," I say while still smiling.

He laughed and peck me on my lips.

"Well are you ready to go home it's getting late,"he say pushing me up so he can get up.

I sigh saying," No but I have work tomorrow so sure."

"Ok let's go," he says.

I had such a great time with Keith today, I am really feeling this boy.
