Maybe that would teach him a leason.

After fleeing the scene of the hit and run, Luis turned around and headed back towards the mountains. Maggie should be ready to act sensible by now.

She's been in the closet for over a day now, and when he gets back he'll feed her and try to talk everything out. He is still waiting on the right time to tell her who he really is. She's so skittish and he doesn't want to scare her anymore than he already has. Maggie holds a special place in his heart, and when he gets back he'll make sure she knows that.

She's so beautiful.

Fear wasn't even the word for what she was feeling. The walls were so close together, too close together. Tears still streamed down her face. The house was quiet and her loneliness was so overwhelming she would do anything just to see another person. She needed out of this room, needed air and a light. New tears came to her eyes as she knocked on the door again. He had broken her will fast; way too fast and she was ashamed of how quickly she had given up, but she wanted out.

"Luis, please! I'm sorry." She cried against the door.

Moments later the sound of footsteps filled her ears. She knew she should dread hearing him come, but at the moment relief was filling her heart. The door swung open and she threw herself out onto the hardwood floor. Tears of joy swept over her as Luis knelt down beside her. He scooped her up into his arms and held her. She didn't fight, she was too weak from the friteful 48 hours alone and afraid.

"Do you feel like talking now?" His breath was warm on her neck, and it made her flinch, but she didn't fight.

"Yes." She mumbled.

He pulled her closer against his chest. "I knew you would come around."

His grip tightened around her as he bent his head toward her ear. "I'm going to tell you something that you should know." He was whispering as if other people were around and he didn't want them to hear. His tone sent a chill through her as her fear grew deeper. "My name isn't Luis."

He became silent and she took in a breath. "What is it?"

He leaned in closer brushing his lips across her neck. "Make a guess."

She tried to slip away from him, but his lips found hers and suddenly her mind flashed back. Not to the warehouse, but way before when Maggie first met Tim.

Tim.

Flash backs kept speeding through her mind. One after the other of nights alone together, laughable moments and also the night she was beaten. The night Tim beat her. The night he beat her.

She came rushing back to reality to find Tim staring into her eyes. Emotions she hadn't felt in a long time came rushing to the surface. This was her ex, the one she had fallen in love with, but had also been cheated on by. He was insane and she knew she should slap him away and fight, but her fear held her in place.

"You remember." He stated.

Jae's face suddenly flashed across her memory and she froze. He needed her to stay strong. He would never hurt her or raise a hand against her. She loved Jae and because of Jae she was going to make sure she got out of this alive. And she knew just how to do that.

"Tim." She whispers, cupping his face with her hands.

He leaned closer burring his face in her neck. "I'm so sorry for hurting you, Maggie. You just made me mad and I went off." He kissed her neck and she felt her gut clench. He wanted more than she was willing to give. "Please don't be mad."
