Chaeyoung's POV
I am now standing infront of this girl, a little bit far from the others who were keeping an eye on us. She didn't talk yet, she is just looking at me straight in the eyes as if she wants to read my mind.
-"Listen, I'm immediatly going to the point, it will be easy to gain times" -she sighs and i just wait for her to continue.
-"you know it's a dream, don't you?" -she looks straight into my eyes. I took a step back... How can she...
-"what are you talking about?" -I asked looking away, afraid to meet her gaze.
-"Park Chaeyoung, i know you are afraid to face the real world but this is not right! You are leading us into a big trouble" -now i'm sure she is really talking about what i'm thinking, when she mentionned this "world". She knows....
-"something is going to happen soon if you keep on staying here, this is not your world, you are litteraly breaking the rules" -i bit my lower lips and look at the floor. She is right but... but...i can't....
-"i can't..." -I said in a low voice almost whispering.
-"what?" -she asked frowning
-"I CAN'T" -this time i yelled at her. She widen her eyes then goes back to her serious face again.
-"i know your story Park chaeyoung and I admit you had a very bad living but you are not the only one, a lot of person are suffering because of their lives. You think this world is wonderful? If you stay here anylonger, all of it will be ruined and devasted..."
-"what... why would it be ruined?"
-"two spirit found you as their key to finally espace dreamland... they will bribe your heart until you can't take it anymore meaning they will hurt you emotionaly by hurting all that matters to you..." -she looks behind us then found my friends looking at us as well.
-"they may be some characteres from the world that you created but they can feel emotion. I'm warning you Park chaeyoung... i know you just started enjoying your stay here but this is really wrong... you have to go back to the real world" -i was confused, i didn't know all of this will turn this way....
-"who are you anyway?" -i asked her because i'm really confused and stressed out here...
-"i said it earlier... i'm Yoo Jeongyeon, i'm the guardian of the land, Dreamland" -ok, i need to think first, dreamland, two spirit, guardian... aishhhh...
-"and what is this... dreamland exactly?" -she sighed but managed to explain.
-"this world is where all the people dream stay, even nightmares... you see, people think dream come from their imagination, they are not wrong but what they didn't know is that all those dream done, they got registred here" -i sighed in frustration, how did it turn this way?
No one's POV
-"You know, I'll do everything just to stay here... just... let me stay here" -she begged thinking of returning to her ancient life make her afraid.
-"sorry but you can't, i've already said that this is not your world" -Chaeyoung start shacking at her words, she can't... she just can't leave this world... Jeongyeon sighs, she know she have to take her back to her miserable situation and it makes her sorry for Chaeyoung but she have to, it's for the sake of everyone else's dream. The two spirit will destroy dreamland and everyone's dream with it and if that happen...they will have enough power to go out of the Land and darkness will swallow the world outside. Thinking about that made Jeongyeon shiver.
-"Jeongyeon or whatever your name is" -Chaeyoung raise her head, her eyes full of tears.
-"did you ever wonder how sad it is to always stay in a room alone? Without anythings to eat because your mother just locks you there not minding you at all. You just look through the only window in your room, seeing those kids playing together, having nice moment with their parents and friends... When you are at the age of craving for your parents love... but instead you witness your mother drunk self when she is home..." -Chaeyoung take a deep breath holding her tears then continu...
-"when finally you thought that your problem will end because your father will take care of you when your mother can't no longer do it. But it was all wrong, everything is wrong! He just takes you with him because of the law since he is your only relative. He treats you badly as if your not even his own blood, as if your a trash!" -she almost yelled the last sentence, this time her tears fell down.
-"but it happen that one day you woke up in your room to meet a new life, where everything is fine, where you have friends, a caring brother, a lover that will never leave your side. A happy life... don't you think i deserve it a little?" -She asks Jeongyeon who looks at her sadly and pityful. Jeongyeon was about to say something but Chaeyoung's friends barge in when they saw her crying almost sobbing.
-"YAH WHAT DID YOU DO TO OUR CHAEYOUNG!" -Nayeon pushs Jeongyeon away from Chaeyoung while sending her death glare.
-"Chaeyoung, you're alright?" -jennie asked worriedly but the girl didn't speak instead she cried even harder.
-"YAH WHAT DID YOU TELL HER!" -anger goes through Lisa's blood seeing her bestfriend like that. She stand infront of Jeongyeon ready to punch her if needed.
-"Lisa calm down" -Tzuyu reasonned her. Jisoo hugs her girlfriend tightly and the later creep her head on her neck still sobbing. Jimin's joined Lisa and stood infront of Jeongyeon to show her that he is ready to fight if the girl still do bad thing to his sister. Jeongyeon sighs and scratch her neck.
-"you are right Chaeyoung, you have such wonderful friends, now i know why you don't wanna leave"
-"why does she have to leave, what are you saying???" -Namjoon shouted.
-"Look Chaeyoung" -Jeongyeon didn't mind Lisa and Jimin's stare on her, she called Chaeyoung and gained her attention.
-"A decade ago... something like this happened, a girl named Hirai momo had a dream like yours but the only difference is that she dreamt of having the perfect mate. She created one... i don't remember her name, the consequences of our fight bribed my memories... that time i didn't know something bad would happen so i let her be... I was wrong, so wrong... when her lover knew about the real world, her mind changed and she tried to goes out to see what real world really look like but i didn't let her. Didn't know she would try even if i didn't allowed it, she lost her mind and..." -She got cutted when Jisoo talked.
-"Look miss, just leave... i don't know what are you talking about but you can't stay here longer, i'll call the guard to escort you" -she is still hugging Chaeyoung really tight this time. Jeongyeon sigh once again.
-"Park Chaeyoung... always remember the truth, that's all I can say since your girlfriend didn't let me finish. Now all of it depend on your choice" -She turns to Jisoo and bowed.
-"sorry for the mess I caused, you don't have to call for the guards, i'll leave by myself" -she looks at Chaeyoung one last time and walk away leaving everyone confused.
Always remember the truth
How can she be able to think about it when the truth is hurting her so bad?
