"Yo, I don't know your name."
I stretch my arms, my eyes open by a crack. What's going on? Where am I again...? "Hm?" I murmur, half-asleep.
Saitama taps my head. "What's your name?" he asks. "I don't wanna keep calling you 'it'."
"Lucia..." I tell him sleepily, curling up on the carpet. I hug the blanket around me. I think that Saitama headed into the kitchen. I can hear some clanging that sounds like Genos making breakfast. Whatever it is, it smells really good...
"Ha! Your tummy rumbling was really loud."
"Oh? Saitama?" I blink my eyes open and sit up. Meeting his empty round eyes. I thought he'd gone. Was he watching me all this time? What a creep.
"Good morning," Genos greets me with a plate of scrambled eggs. "Is it alright if I also address you as Lucia?"
"Of course. And thanks... you should have woken me up." I accept the plate from him uneasily. I'm still not used to being waited on like this, since that's usually my job. Guess they're just displaying good hospitality.
"How are your injuries? Are you rested?" The cyborg sits down beside his master. Saitama's eyes remain fixated on me with his usual blank expression. I nod and thank him again.
We all eat our scrambled eggs sitting on the carpet. I begin wonder if the silence is a premise for discussion, or if they're just ravenous like me.
"So... what do you two do all day?" I ask.
"Fight!" Genos responds with enthusiasm.
"Nothing..." Saitama's face falls into despair.
"I'd like to just follow you two around and see what I can do... is that alright?"
"Of course," Genos responds, "we support your work, right, master?"
"Hm?"
"Also, you should make yourself known to the hero Association so that they can summon you to aid the heroes fighting demon and above threats. I was thinking a lot about how you can help us last night."
"I take it you don't need sleep..."
"No. I am a cyborg, though I still try to live as a human as best I can."
"Cool. I look forward to learning more about the world today. I'd like to do some learning. Where do people go to seek knowledge nowadays?" I ask.
"School?"
Genos' eyes light up. "Don't worry! I will take you to the library. You're right, you must learn all you can about how the world works!"
Genos escorts me to the library. Our journey is slowed by many people, mostly young women, getting in our way and asking for his autograph.
"Does this hero business attract quite a lot of attention?" I ask as he pulls my arm to hurry down the street.
"Yes," he replies with an edge of annoyance, "since I am in S class, I'm somewhat of a celebrity."
"Cool. What class is Saitama in?"
"B class..."
"Oh... is that bad?"
"My master dislikes attention."
Well, that's on way of putting it. However... "I think that's very irresponsible of him. He should also aim for 'S class' so that he'll be summoned in dangerous situations."
Genos clenches his metallic fist and closes his eyes. He is lost in thought as we walk through desolate streets of City Z. The hot cyborg sighs. "I understand your point, but I myself do not entirely understand master Saitama, and cannot speak for him. That is one of the reasons that I am training under him," Genos looks up toward the sky, his eyes swimming with passion, "so that one day I can be as strong as he is..."
OK THEN.
I spend several hours in the library and finish every history text I can find. It utterly shocking how much has happened since my time; all of the wars and monster attacks blow my mind. But, as I read I felt something nagging at the corner of my mind... Why is it that the monsters are so docile at the moment? I don't sense any particularly powerful beings on this planet other than Saitama, who is apparently ranked relatively low as a hero, so why haven't they made their move?
Little did I know, I'd be finding that out very soon indeed...

This will not completely follow the plot of One Punch Man as the story will conclude with Saitama's battle against Garou (Also, spoilers if you haven't read the manga and original webcomic. If you want to, get MangaRock).
