Leahs pov

"Should I wear this gold necklace? It's gonna make my outfit look cute" I tell Jennifer on FaceTime as we were both getting ready. "Yes wear it!!" She says. "You're not even looking!" I said since she wasn't in the view of the camera. "I could see it from here" she says.

"Alright" I said. Then she walks in front of the camera and looks at me. "You look so good. I bet you'll get someone to try and flirt with you tonight and I wouldn't blame them" she says. I smile and shake my head. "Thanks. Lemme see your look for tonight" I said. She backs up and gives me a full view of her dark blue tight fit dress. It's loose at the middle where it dips down her chest a bit.

"And my back shows a lot but this dress fits so perfectly. Nothing can go wrong." She says. "Niiice" I said.

"Black heels?" She asks. "Yes" I said. "Alright"

"So my friends will meet us there. There's gonna be some couples and some singles yet they're all wild no matter what once they get drunk. You remember that one party?" I ask her. "Haha yeah. I remember that night" Jennifer says softly. "Hm" "okay I'm almost ready. I'll text you when I'm on the way" she says.

"Okay then. See ya soon"

"Mhm see you"

After we hung up I threw on my heels then sprayed myself with my perfume. I continued putting myself together till Jennifer got here.

Biscuit later runs up to the door and starts scratching the door as she hears Jen. I open the door and she jumps on Jens bare legs.

"Hey Biscuit!" She says happily and walks in with Vanessa following behind.

"Wow look at you!" Jen tells me checking out my fit and then reaches for a hug. "Thanks" I smile. Then I have Vanessa a hug. "You look gorgeous too!" I tell Vanessa. "Thank you! So do you!" "Thank you haha"

"Are you ready? Oh! Also I need to borrow some earrings. Mine are just not working out." Jen says.

"Yeah sure I have some" I said.

"I'm gonna use the restroom" Vanessa says and goes. Me and Jen went in my room as biscuit followed. She immediately goes to my makeup and accessories area and looks through.

"I don't know if I want regular hoops or these thick but small hoops" she says and looks at herself in the mirror as she tries it on. "I can't get over how good you look. Let's hope someone hits on you and makes your night" she says while looking at me through the mirror. "Eh I mean yeah but that's how I met Clarissa.."

"Oh right. Well I'm here so I'll sense whose the right one for you since your dumbass friends left you last time at a bar" she says. "True. Thank you again for covering my ass" I said. "Of course" she says nicely.

"Okay these?"

"Yeah those are cute" I said. "Cool. It's Leah approved. Now let's go" She says. I giggle and follow her out of my room. Her scent is dreamy. I just never get over it.

Vanessa was still in the bathroom since Jen didn't take that long. I leaned against the back of the couch on my elbows.

"Oh hell no that's too short" she tells me and walks up to me and tugs my dress down from behind.

"Can you not?" I giggle. "I don't want people to take advantage. They need to work their way to get there" she says. I roll my eyes and look back down at my phone. She stands by me leaning against the couch too and looks at me. "You're okay if you find someone tonight for you right?" She asks me softly and plays with my hair. "Hello..Clarissa and i's story..no thanks. I'll play around but I'm sure I won't find anyone. I'm not all that"
