Leahs POV

So this party is pretty cute. Her cousins house is a nice size for a party. She has everything set up for the whole family. There's a bar outside in the back but then in the other corner of the backyard there's a lounging area for families with a large screen to project movies onto it. But right now all the kids are there playing. Veronica ended up hanging out with all her other little cousins with some of the moms who weren't too in the mood to party. So they didn't mind staying with them. So that means me and Jen actually get to party without having to worry too much about Veronica.

As music was playing, Jen was holding a cup of soda and dancing while she went up to one of her cousins.

"Hey!!" Her cousin says and gives her a hug.

"I haven't seen you in a while" jen says to her. She kinda dresses like Jen. Plus her style. Then again a lot of her cousins have similar styles. They all run off on each other.

"I've been going out of town a lot for business trips but I finally got to have this weekend off. Couldn't miss this big party"

"Yes finally!! Oh! I haven't introduced you to my girl Leah" Jen says and pulls me towards her then wraps her arm on top of my shoulders.

"You have a girlfriend now?" Her cousin asks. "Well I-" "sure" jen interrupts. I just kept quiet and smiled. Me and Jen haven't really labeled ourselves even though we're in love. I though we were girlfriends but when people actually ask, I'm not too sure. Maybe it's just the attention.

"She's pretty"

"Thank you" I smile. Jen looks at me while smiling.

"Have some drinks! Veronica's with the kids right?" Her cousin asks. "Yeah she is. Wanna drink now?" Jen asks me. "We could drink now or later. Doesn't matter. But we won't be able to drive home" I said.

"It's fine we can stay here as long as it takes. My cousin doesn't mind I'm sure"

"You're sure? But not positive?"

"I'm positive babe" she giggles. "Okay..well then let's drink I guess" I said.

"Yay!" She says.

We walk over to the bar and one of her uncles started pouring us shots.

"Ready?" Jen asks me. "No chaser? Isn't this one strong?" I asked. Jen sighs and stands up, leaving her shot glass and I see her walk over to the fridge they have outside. She pours some soda into a cup, then comes back and sits back on the stool by me.

"Happy?" She asks. "Yes. Thanks" I said.

"Okay 1...2...3" She counts down. Then we both took a shot. I chased it right away with soda. Then she drank from the same cup after. She sticks out her tongue while making a face. I started to laugh. "Too strong?" I ask. "No it's just the taste. Uck."

"Look at Ver" I said looking past Jen as Veronica was dancing in front of her little cousins.

"Oh who does she think she is now?" Jen jokes. "Right? She's so cute though"

"I know...thas our baby" she tells me and looks at me again. "Yes She is" I smile. She smiled more and came close to me and gave me a kiss.

"In front of family?" I ask. "I don't care! We're all adults. If they talk shit let em. But we're all close so" she shrugs. "Mm..okay"

"Another shot?" She asks me. "Sure" I said. So we got another shot into our cup. "Cheers! Wait!" Someone yells and comes up to us. It's her cousin we talked to earlier. "Oh cheers!" I said. We clinked our glasses then downed that shot. Jen makes that face again. I didn't chase it this time but she did again.

This just kept happening repeatedly. And after 5 shots, she was already laughing like a weirdo.

"I gotta pee babe. Come with me" she says. So I stood up and followed her into the house. She was pulling me by holding my hand. But we kept passing by everyone and they kept stopping her to talk. But I'm laughing on the inside because she's doing a little pee dance.

"You're about to piss your pants. Let's go" I tell her.

"Okay okay I'll be back!" She exclaims to her cousin, or aunt? I don't know. They all look the same age too.

Once she was done using the bathroom, she was finishing up drying her hands from washing it. I was staring her down cause I feel myself tipsy.

"Your ass...in those jeans..whew" I said. Jen smiles and turns around and shakes her ass in front of me. I laughed and slapped her ass.

"You have a habit of slapping my ass lately" She says. "Remember what I was doing earlier while we were getting ready?"

"Yes. Crazy ass.." she says. "That's how ima fuck you once I buy us a lil toy" I said. "Yeah?" She asks and smirks. She comes close to me and wraps her arms over my shoulders. "Plus a little.." I pause and grab her ass. She shivers a little and brings her body closer to mine. "Mmmm" she mumbles. "Hm..you're so beautiful mamas" I tell her. She scrunches her nose and kisses me softly. "I love you Lee" she says softly. "I love you gorgeous" I said. She bites her lips and pulls me back towards her wanting to make out with me. In her cousins huge bathroom. Dangerous. But I kept going..till someone knocked.

Jen pulls back and laughs, then let's go of me and makes her way to the door.

"Tonight we continue?" She asks. "Pffft.. of course" I said. She smiles and opens the door. Then she gasps when she sees our daughter with a bunch of her cousins at the door.

"Hiiiii mamaaa!" Jen says all high pitched. Obvious she's drunk. She carries her and hugs her tight. "Why're you guys all here?"

"We're looking for a room to play in because it's cold outside" Veronica says. "Awww my cute baby" she says and just rocks side to side while holding her. She's drunk.

So I helped to bring them into a room that looked kid friendly.

But then another mom came and brought them into a room with a few babies too.

"I got them" the mom giggles. "Thank you" i said. Then I looked at Jen who was still holding Ver. Who obviously wanted to play with the kids. "Jennifer" I hissed. "Oh" she says and puts her down. Veronica follows the kids. I looked at Jen and she started to laugh.

"Don't be drunk around her. If that door was unlocked..sheesh." I said all seriously. "It's fine hahahaha"

"No it's not. This is why I was worried about drinking tonight since she's here"

"Lee don't worry! Nothing happened. I'm always like this at our family parties and she's kinda used to it. I don't do anything stupid in front of her. I was just showing her my love"

"Okay..I'm just saying"

She just gives me this look and starts walking back outside.

Throughout the night, we slowed down on drinking but me and Jen went from laughing a lot, to eating more, then we spent time alone just for a little, then back to dancing and all of that with her family. I can really tell her family likes me. Not like forcing to like me but genuinely they do which makes me happy. I don't have any family that I'm close with so Jennifer inviting me to be with her family is so nice of her. This is the family my daughter grew into so I'm trying to be the same way.
