Chapter 1
The finalists of American Idol Season 11 are preparing for their reunion concert on November 23, 2019. After 7 years of striving hard for their individual careers in the music industry, finally, they will once again join forces to put the world in awe.
Colton Dixon and Skylar Laine-Dixon, the power couple who just tied the knot Feb.14, 2017 are very excited to share the stage once again with their fellow Idol finalists since they have not seen some of them for years. They have done a lot of concerts together and the recent one was done with superstar JessicaSanchez and Idol judge Jennifer Lopez. Skylar planned to join Hollie Cavanagh in a concert but was postponedbecause Skylar got pregnant.
Everyone has an interesting personal life as well. Heejun Han's relationship with a Korean actress is doing well. He owns a music bar in New York. Erika Van Pelt, on the other hand, has captured the heart of a business tycoon and will soon marry her. She is also teaching in a Music School. Elise Testone and her band are also tasting fame. Three years ago, she was married to a well-known producer.
Everyone was happy in love except for Jessica and Hollie. De Andre has been there for Jessica despite his busy schedule as a regular performer in a reality singing contest, he does not fail to take Jessica out or visit her. But Jessica was not that happy. Still, her heart belongs to Philip Philipps. They have been apart for two years. Their relationship didn't work well because both of them were too busy and they lack time for each other. Until one fan, had shown greater affection to Phil, Jess got jealous... and suddenly they realized that they should end their relationship.
"Hi Jess, are you ready for the concert?" Hollie asked while they were eating breakfast in hotel.
"Yes and no..." Jessica replied briefly.
"Yes, coz you want to reunite and sing on the idol stage, but no, because you're not ready to see Philip again.."
Hollie concluded.
"You're right girl. I just don't know how will I act with him around... but I still love him..." Jessica confessed. Hollie giggled.
"I knew it! But I'm sure you can cope up with it.... Jess, the truth is, we're on the same boat. I am not also ready to see Josh again." Hollie said and her smile was replaced with a frown.
"Why don't you give him a chance to explain? You're not sure that he married his childhood friend. It was just a hearsay." Jessica said.
"After I went on a date with his rival recording artist, there, he didn't bother talking to me again. I wasn't even invited in his birthday party." Hollie said sadly.
"He's just jealous...." Jessica teased. "what's really the real score?"
"We're almost there... but he has not said the WORDS i'm waiting to hear...so for me, I'm not officially taken." she sighed.
"You love him?" Jessica asked. Hollie just nodded and blushed.
"why don't we do something to make PP and Josh bothered?" Jessica winked.
"Uh-uh?is that something wild?" Hollie laughed.
"Well ... a little." Jessica replied.
The first day of the rehearsals came. It was already ten o'clock in the morning. The Idol finalists gathered in the stadium to work on their songs.
"Hey,,, where's Jessica and Hollie?" Elise noticed. Suddenly the door burst open and those heels sounded like athere's a runway show.
"Wow..." Heejun was amazed as he saw Hollie and Jessica approaching.
