in which donghyuck and taeil are new neighbors who sing disney songs together from their apartment balcony and taeyong is freshly heartbroken.

donghyuck sighed contently as he set down the last box. he looked around in his new apartment now filled with boxes and he couldn't help but feel a small sense of accomplishment. he had just turned 19 and decided to pick up a job and move out of his parents house. yeah, it was going to be hard juggling university, a job, and trying to unpack and get used to his new apartment, but he was proud of himself nonetheless.
donghyuck set down his backpack and grabbed his speaker and phone. after quickly connecting them, he opened the spotify app and put his disney playlist on shuffle. he set both his phone and speaker onto the couch, opened up his balcony door for some fresh air, and quickly set off to clean up his new home.

it had been nearly half a day since donghyuck started to clean, and though he was tired, the disney music blasting in the background was his fuel to continue on. nearly half of his boxes were gone, it's contents somewhere inside the drawers or shelves, and he continued through the forest.
a few hours passed and donghyuck was pooped. there were a good number of boxes still lying around the apartment, but he could finally see some of the wooden floor so he called it a day. by this point, his disney playlist had repeated multiple times throughout the time he was unpacking and donghyuck let it play as he went to go take a quick shower. after a little this and that, he came out with a baggy t-shirt and sweats with a towel on his shoulders.
"okay, can i just, say something crazy?"
donghyuck whipped his head to his speaker and a smile grew on his face. he ran to his kitchen, grabbed a wooden spoon and ran back to the living room where his speaker was and began singing along.
"ALL MY LIFE HAS BEEN A SERIES OF DOORS IN MY FACE, AND THEN SUDDENLY I BUMP INTO YOUUUU," they boy yelled into the wooden spoon. as he continued this 'head-assery', he began dancing. well, more like flat ass girl twerking but you get the point. he moved all over the space he had inside his cramped up apartment and eventually made his way to his spacious balcony.
"I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING, CAUSE LIKE I'VE BEEN SEARCHING MY WHOLE LIFE TO FIND MY OWN PLACE. AND MAYBE IT'S THE PARTY, OR THE CHOCOLATE FONDUE."
