REUNITED

I woke up hearing people's murmurs and whispers. The heck? I thought it was just me and that crazy dork?

"Hey Jen," His deep voice called. "Wake up. The surprise is here. It's actually five in the morning but still..."

I opened my eyes and saw them. "Hi Jennie..!" They whisper-shouted. I can't believe it's really them!

"Jennie! Don't jump! It's not the end of the world! Please, listen to us!"

"No. My decision's final. I can't take how they're treating me. I should just end this stupid life and disappear!"

"End your life and you'll end seven more. Jen, we're here for you!"

"Just leave me alone! Let me be!" Her closest friend walked towards her and stood at the terrace of their school beside her. "W-what are you doing?"

"If you're gonna jump, I'm also gonna jump." He said.

"No. This is my decision. You guys have nothing to do with this just let me do it. I'm useless."

"You're not useless. If your family doesn't make you feel loved, we will. You deserve better Jen. This is not the way to end your problems."

Silence filled the whole place. It was midnight and the eight were just looking at each other.

Jennie felt her tears falling from her eyes as she watches her friends cry and beg her not to do it.

He held her hand and carried her down. They all ran towards her and hugged her so tight like they never saw each other for a century.

"Don't do it again Jen... We're scared to lose you..."

" I'm sorry."

"GUYS!"

"Shhh! Don't shout." All of them said.

"I-I just can't believe that all of you are right here. I didn't think this would happen. Seeing you again makes me so happy. I thought you guys were mad at me for abandoning you and never showed up."

"Jen, we all know that your parents made you do it. We understand you."

"I'm so sorry." They hugged her and the four boys at the back were just giving each other looks.

"Yah, yah, that's enough. We're happy to see you again Jennie. We heard that you are like your parents now. Into killing missions, you know?"

"Yah Jin! I'm not like my parents. I will never be. I even tried to kill Tae because they told me to. I've been under their control for years."

"Why won't you tell them that you don't want to do it?"

"I've been trying to make them proud of me for many years, you know that. I don't want to disappoint them. But all they see are my mistakes."

"Don't worry. We're here now."
