REASON

"Taehyung." His dad called him.

"Dad? When did you arrive? Why didn't you call me?" Taehyung asked.

"I was in a hury. Can we talk about something?" Taehyung nodded. They sat on the couch and Taehyung was avoiding his father's eyes. He has a bad feeling about this. "I'd like you get married."

"What?"

"She's a very fine lady and you are perfect for each other. Her parents are my former teachers in fighting. I'd like to thank them through this. Besides, you're in the right age to get married."

"But dad, I love someone else. You can't just force me into marrying her. I haven't even met her. Cancel this."

"No can do son. I already talked about this to her parents and they agreed. So as their daughter."

"I can't marry her. You can't just use me as a thank you gift to your teachers. I choose who I want to marry and I have made up my mind."

"Okay.. Let's make a deal then. Marry my teachers' daughter or I'll have to kill Jennie and her whole family."

Taehyung was taken aback by his father's condition. "You can't."

"I can and I will Taehyung. What's it gonna be? The marriage or the end of your beloved Jennie's life? You know I can kill them in just a single snap of a finger. I can call my men and kill them right now." He got his phone and called one of his men. "You're in front of their house?" He said on the phone.

"Dad! This is wrong!"

"Kill the girl first." Tae heard a 'Yes' on the phone making him decide.

"Fine! I'll marry that fvcking girl you want for me! Just don't hurt Jennie. Don't you ever bother her and her whole family. Nothing bad should happen to them."

"If you promise to stay away from her and marry Tzuyu... It's a deal." He nodded. "And by the way, don't tell her you're arranged." He said and stood up. "I'll be going back tomorrow to California. And your fiancée would be here this afternoon. Take care of her." He finally left.

"I'm sorry Jennie... I didn't have a choice.. I don't want my father to hurt you and your family. I have to do this for your safety. I love you but I can't have you.."
