AT LAST

"Thanks for bringing me back safely and alive."

"Of course. I don't know when I can see you again but I hope to see you again very soon." He said and rode his car. "Bye Jen!"

"Yeah.... Bye, Tae." Then he left.

I sneaked back to my room through my window and gladly, my parents didn't notice I was gone. I'd be so dead.

"Jennie?" Just in time. "Jennie? I know you're mad at us. Let's talk." I walked towards the door and opened it.

"What do you want to talk about?"

"We're sorry." I froze. I literally just froze. Did they really apologize? "We're sorry Jennie.." Mom hugged me and I heard her sobbing from behind.

"Mom.. Dad.. What's going on?"

"We shouldn't have forced you to do things.  It's our fault. We thought it was for the best." Dad said and I saw tears forming in his eyes. "We wanted you to be like us because our parents did the same thing when we were your age."

"We didn't want to make you think you're useless. We disciplined you the wrong way. We are so sorry.. Please forgive mommy and daddy.."

"We'll be better this time, after we realized the wrong things we did. Let us be the best parents for you."

"Will you give us another chance, Jennie?"

This is it. I have waited for this day to come. I never thought they'd do this... "Mom, dad.. Of course!" I hugged the both of them. "I love you guys so much.."

"We love you too.. Always and forever, our daughter."

It was the best day of my life. It was the first time we ate dinner together.. They asked about my favorites and dislikes.. At last, I felt that I have a family.

12:50 A.M.

"Jen..!" *Knock, knock* "Jennie..!" I woke up hearing someone whisper-shouting on my window.

"What?" I opened the curtains and saw him. "What are you doing here, in this hour?" I opened the window and he went in.

"I missed your voice." What an excuse, Kim Taehyung.

"You could've just called, you know? I would answer you even in this hour. If my parents see you, you're toast."

"Aish.. I didn't want to talk to you on the phone. I want to hear your voice in person.. And maybe, continue what we started?" He said and wiggled his eyebrows.

"What the fvck? No..!"

"I'm just wondering.. After all these years... Do you.. still... like me?"

"L-like you? What are you talking about?"

"You know what I'm talking about, Jen. Do you still feel the same way about me?"

"No... Of course I don't. It was years ago, Tae. Long long years ago."

"Then you will not feel anything if I do this?" He pulled me really close to him and pressed his lips against mine. I didn't know why I didn't pull back or push him away. Am I liking this?!

I can hardly breathe. Does he even plan to stop? He even deepened the kiss and my head already hit the refrigerator door. My heart beating so fast. I felt his hand slowly lifting my shirt up. "T-tae.."

"Shh.."

"WHAT ON EARTH ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE WORLD DOING?!"

"YAH!!! NOT IN THE KITCHEN KIDS!! STOP POLLUTING THE FOOD'S MINDS!!"

"GET A ROOM!! LISA AND JUNGKOOK ARE STILL BABIES!! SHOW SOME RESPECT, COME ON!!"

They shouted making me push him away. "It's not what it looks like!"

"Yah! It is what it looks like! You liked it, didn't you?"

"No!! Eww!!"

"Then why didn't you pull away?"

"Because... Because..ARRGGHHH!!!  I didn't like what you did!! I'm leaving!!" Then I walked away.
