When we walked into the club Fight Night by Migos blasted throughout the club. On instinct, I moved my body along with the beat. Their music always get me turned up.
"Damn, it's pack," Kailon commented. I nodded my head in agreement.
"Ooh, sis, I will catch up with you later. I see a zebra," he said maneuvering through the crowd.
"Well then," I mumbled to myself. I walked to the bar and sat down on a stool beside a man. The bartender came my way and I ordered a peach ciroc.
"Oooh girl, peach ciroc is the shit!" The man beside me said.
I giggled at their sudden outburst. "My name is Lia with an I and a A, so don't fuck up saying Leah with a E,A, and H. What's your name boo?"
"Jennifer," I replied between giggles.
"Mhm, that's a sexy name. You working that dress girl and I saw your ass when you came over here. Good lawd, makes me want to get booty shots," Lia said.
"You're such a fool. Are you here by yourself?"
"Damn girl. All up in my kool-aid, don't even know the flavor even thought it's lemonade." He laughed. " I was just playing. I'm here by myself. Lonely as hell. Tried to find a sugar daddy to take home but these men frontin' like they straight. Know they want a slice of Lia but it's cool. Who you came with?"
I erupted in laughter. "I can't deal with you. I just can't, but I came with my brother."

I shook my head. "He's straight Lia."

"What about that dude over there?" I said pointing to a man conversing with the bartender.
He gasped. "Girl, I'm legally blind. I can't see that ugly ass man."
I started erupting in giggles again. "Love has nothing to do with looks."

"Lia, you're a trip"
"You know it boo. Girl look, some man staring you down. Looking all sexy and shit," Lia said while biting his bottom lip. I looked where his eyes were settled and saw the man that I loved. He looks so handsome in his Polo. He started to walk over to where we were seated.
"Boy got guts to walk over here. I know we sexy but damn," he commented. I couldn't laugh or crack a smile. I was watching Cortez like a hawk.
"Hey Jennifer," he said while licking his lips. His scent smelled great as always and his lips looks so soft and edible.
"Girl say hey to the man or something," I heard Lia say.
"Hey Cortez," I said, looking into his eyes.
"I miss you," he admitted.
"Mm, the pussy," I heard Lia mumble which caused me and Cortez to laugh.
"That too," Cortez said while biting his bottom lip.
"Lia, can we have some alone time?"
He brought his hand to his chest. "Well damn. I was here before you and you making me move? How rude." He said while getting up and leaving the area.
I giggled and watched as Cortez sat on the bar stool beside me. "So, what you been up to?" His smooth voice said while rubbing my thigh.
