The Aftermath

Franny's POV 

"You did what!?" Shouted Emily. Nezza then proceeded to burst out laughing, "honestly Franny when I told you to let loose, you took it to a whole other level. Typically when you look for a hookup it's not with one of your closest guy friends" Nezza said still laughing a bit.

 "Ha ha ha, I'm glad my life makes you laugh, but I DID! I was with this other guy and then Kian comes up, tying to pick a fight and simultaneously ruining my plans" I said rolling my eyes. "But anyways we're all good now, we both agreed to forget about that night since neither one of us is looking for a relationship" I said happy that we were both mature and there was no bad blood. 

"That's good! I'm glad you guys worked it out. We need more people like that, like look at me and Crawford, we broke up and are still good friends" Emily said. "Yeah, too good of friends" I joked. "What's that supposed to mean" Emily said. "Oh my gosh Em, are you blind? You guys are endgame! Y'all are the cutest couple and ex's I've ever seen" I said. "Okay, this isn't about me ladies" Emily said trying to get the attention off of her. We laughed, "Alright let's go shopping!" Nezza said excitedly.

"Ugh  I'm so exhausted" I said as I threw myself on Nezza's couch. "Well maybe you shouldn't have stayed up so late" Nezza said innocently. "Oh shut up" I said with my eyes closed. "Hey Fran" I heard David say. "Hey Dave what's up?" I said with my eyes still closed. "Where did you go yesterday? I was looking for you and then Emily told me you left" David said. "Oh I was just tired, I still am. I think I'm getting sick or something" I said lying. I felt bad because I never lie to David but I didn't want any of boys to know. I trust them but I know the boys are blabber mouths when they're drunk. 

I heard noises that caused me to wake up from my nap and I didn't even realize I had fallen asleep. I saw 'The House' boys were here and I excitedly went to go hangout with Bobby. Bob always made me feel better no matter what. 

"Hey Sleepy McGee" He said when he saw me. "Hey Bob, wanna play ping pong with me?" I said. "Sure, only if you want to lose though" he said. "Me? Lose? Pffft, never that" I said confident in my ping pong skills. He set the camera down with us in shot and we played the first round: I won. "Ha ha, I'm your face boob" I taunted. Then Emily joined Bobby's team and Nezza joined mine. Little did Bobby know that Emily isn't very competitive so they were disintegrated. I looked up from my mini celebration with Nezza and caught Kian staring. I quickly looked away and made up an excuse to go home. I know we said we would both forget like that night ever happened but I don't think that's going to work out very well when we both have feelings for each other. 

"Hey guys, I have to go. My mom just texted me she needs me home for something" I said. "Oh okay, see you later Fran" Nezza said hugging me goodbye. "Bye Fran, feel better" Bob said. 

I went back into the house to go through the front because I parked my car in front. I was almost out the front door until I was pinned against the wall. I visibly tensed until I realized it was just Kian. "Where do you think your going?" He said hovering over my lips. "Home" was the only word I was able to get out before he claimed my lips and closed whatever space was between us.  I felt his lips travel to my neck and I held back a moan. 

"Kian we can't do this here" deja vu much. 

"Let's go upstairs then" he said. 

I pushed him back slightly so he would look at me. "No I'm serious Kian. If we're not going to be in a relationship, then I don't plan on being your side chick. If the rest of the boys found out, or any of my friends for that matter, they would flip out. Not to mention how much this could screw up our friendship" I said. 

He chuckled, "we're a little passed friendship now aren't we?"

 "You're missing the point Kian. I don't do casual flings because if either one of us finds a person they actually want to get serious with then the other one is going to be left hurt. I don't want to end up hurt and I don't want to hurt you either" I said.

"Your mine Franny. No one else is getting you" he said. "But we're not together, you can't promise that" I said. "I want to be with you and I want it to be serious but I know if we rush into this it's just going to end up a mess. So don't you think it's better to wait" I continued. Kian sighed and took a step back, "fine. We can put a pause on us. Don't be a stranger okay?" He said giving me a peck before heading upstairs.

 "Everyone's outside, where are you going?" I shouted. "To take a cold shower!" He yelled back. I chuckled as I left the house to go back to my apartment. I don't know how we're going to do this because this just proves we can't go back to just being friends. I sighed and looked at myself in the car mirror. Sure enough he had left another hickey for me to cover up with concealer. I quickly covered it just in case I ran into someone today I did not want them asking questions. I prepared myself for the ride home as the Kian encounter made me feel even more exhausted than before.
