Chapter 2

"Oh you're the new student right?"

A female teacher came up to me and ask, after she slid her glasses up on the bridge of her nose. I gazed down to the badge that attached on her shirt.

"Y-Yes, teacher"I stammered, squeezing the straps of my backpack.

"You can call me Mrs. Seo. Come with me. The rest are waiting for you"

She said as she led the way to where my class is located. I heard the bell rang before I step out the room and the hallways were dead silent. All students were already inside their own classroom and I grew more and more nervous.

What if he's in the same class as mine? How would I react when I see him? Is he going to recognize me? Am I going to have lots of friends? I'm awkward!

While I was busy with my thoughts and the nervous feeling distracted me, I didn't realized that I was standing right in front of a door of my classroom.

I heard Mrs. Seo announced her students that they are going to have a new student today.

The palm of my hands become sweaty and my heart beat increase in every seconds.

"Come in now!"

Before I open the door, I bit my bottom lips as I tried to calm myself down. I step inside the class, all students glued their eyes on me and I turn my body to face them.

"Hello. My name is Kim Hy-- I-I mean Jihyun. Kim Jihyun..."

I sweat drop and cover the nervousness with an awkward yet wide smile as I scratched the back of head. I almost reveal my real name but why am I even agreeing to Woong's idea? Just play along okay.

It was silent at first but then the girls burst out their high pitch voice.

"OMG! He's so handsome!!"

"So cute!! Oppa sit beside me!"

"I love you oppa! Marry me!!"

So this is what it feels like to be handsome?

I'm not surprised that they see me as boy. I wanted to facepalm myself but I force myself not to do it. The male students covered their ears, gritting their teeth and tried to shut their mouths.

Mrs. Seo told me to sit anywhere I want as I bounced my head up and down and went to the vacant seat. The girls start to scream telling me to sit with them. I could only smile.

I wanted to sit at the last row which is available but someone hold my wrist, stopping me from going any further. I change my gaze to this person.

"Hey! I'm Kim Seungmin! Sit with me and let's be friends"he cheerfully spoke up, smiling ear to ear.

"Sure"I answered, putting my backpack on the chair and sit.

All the girls were like 'Not fair!' And booing Seungmin but I couldn't care less. I smile brightly to my seatmate as the nervousness disappeared.

I didn't really pay enough attention throughout the classes but at least I wrote some notes that I understand on my notebook.

Mostly I zoned out, thinking about my childhood friend until Seungmin tap my arm several times making me to snap back to reality and look at him.

He was asking me if I want to join him eating lunch together and I said yes. His smile is killing me sometimes and I don't know why. I better don't let my feminine side show or Woong is going to be mad.

Speaking of Woong, I wanted to ask him something about me being a boy and to be his little brother. I wonder why he wanted me like this. I softly sigh.

It was finally recess. While I pack my things and put it in my backpack, some girls surrounded around my table. I widen my eyes.

"Um... Jihyun oppa. Want to join us eat lunch together?"

The girl timidly asked, holding her lunchbox as the other girls waiting for me to answer with a somewhat puppy eyes. Before I could open my mouth, my arm was pulled by Seungmin.

"Sorry girls but he's eating with me"he. smirked and led me to the cafeteria.

I am now walking side by side with him and he opens up a topic as we chatted until we reach to the cafeteria. It is so damn big and it had so many yummy foods. It made me starving!

In my previous school, the cafeteria was quite small and crowded. Almost to feel suffocated. I'm glad I'm here tho.

"Hey uh... Do you wanna meet the rest of my gang?"he questions, picking up his tray after it's filled with foods and look at me.

I just raise one of my eyebrows as a respond while bringing the tray in my hands. He chuckle a little and brought me to a table full of boys which is his 'gang'.

I stare at them one by one. Are they some kind of flower boys or something? They all look so handsome. It feels like they're from an otome game where all ikemen boys exist.

My heart unknowingly beat fast. They all are true beauties boys. I place down my tray on the table and sat down beside Seungmin. They stop talking out of sudden due to my sudden appearance.

"H-Hi"I spoke up and wave at them.

"You're cute. Who's this new guy Minie?"the blonde guy asked, pointing his index finger to me.

Wtf?! He called me cute?

"He just transferred here and his name is Jihyun"Seungmin briefly explain them.

They nodded their heads while making their mouths into an 'O' shape.

"The name's Bangchan and we are Stray kids!"he exclaimed, spreading both of his arms to the side as the boys lifted their hands to the air.

"Stray... kids...?"I tilt my head to the side.

"Yeah! The name of our group"the gray hair boy said, smiling.

I don't know if I could trust them or befriend with them but I don't want to ditch Seungmin since he brought me here. So I guess they all are good guys as well.

After that, they introduce themselves one by one and I got comfortable around them pretty quickly. They're friendly than I expected despite their fierce looks tho.

"Oh Jihyun. You have something on your lips"

Seungmin told, pointing his finger to his lips trying to show me which side is it but I got it on the wrong side. He reach up his hand to me and wipe the stain from my lips by using his thumb.

I couldn't help but to blush a little and widen my eyes.

"You don't have to help him like that"

I heard someone murmuring to himself but I heard everything. It was Hyunjin. He softly glare at me as I looked away almost immediately. Perhaps he's jealous?

Just then someone shout from behind making us stop our conversation and turns our head.

"You there! Please don't sit on the table!"

My eyes went wide to see the person I've been longing to see. My childhood friend aka Lee Jihoon.
