Chapter 2
"I Cant."
You sat there on the floor of your bedroom with Luke, The sun was coming up and Luke was getting anxious, He needed to leave and he need to leave as soon as possible, You were still running his word through your head "I wan't you to come with me." You were scared for Luke and if you could you would try and do anything to help him, But you can't just runaway with him, You have school and your friends and your parents and your sister to worry about too, You can't drop everything and leave, You and Luke jumped at he sudden knock on your door and Luke stood up and ran over to your closet to hide,
"Who is it?" You ask,
"Your mother. Someone is here to see you." She says,
You cracked the door open just a bit and saw Calum Stand next to your mom, he gave you a nervous smile and your mom looked at him and then you, She obviously has never met Calum and you never really talked about him or the other guys so it was weird to have this teenage boy knocking on your door at early hours of the morning, You gave your mom a nod and smile and you grabbed Calum's arm and pulled him into the room and shut your door and locked it, You walked over to the closet and opened the door and Luke walked out, Calum threw a bag at Luke and you sat on your bed with Cal as Luke took a pair of clothes out of the bag and began to change.
"I told Mali what was going on and she siad her boyfriend could help you out with cheap place to stay for a few days, It's about an hour away She said if you have a ride there and some money then it's all yours." Calum said as he looked down at the floor, Luke shook his head and looked at you and then at Calum,
"Thanks man." Luke says, Calum just nods his head, You could tell he was a bit scared of the whole situation just like you and Luke and was worried he would get in trouble for helping but Luke was his best friend and you knew that Calum and any of the other boys would help Luke out no matter what.
"I have to go but. I check up on you later or something." Calum says, He gives Luke a fist bump and heads out, Luke sits on the bed next to you and he just looks at you, He tucked your hair behind your ear and kissed your cheek,
"So? Have you decided yet?" He asks and you instantly felt like crying, You loved him and you didn't want anything to happen to him and were so scared for him but you can just give up your life even if it's just for a bit, You have too many responsibilities.
"I can't." You whisper, You just keep your eyes on the floor, You didn't want to look at Luke, And you didn't want him to hate you for not leaving with him.
"But i love you! I do! And if i could i would go with you but i just can't." You say as you look at him and begin to cry, He pulls you close to him and you cry into his chest,
"It's alright babe." He says with a whisper as he rubs your back.
"I love you luke, I love you so much and i don't know what to do."You say as you hold him tighter
"I just need you to stay on my side. No matter what you have to be here and you have to be on my side, If i need you i need to know i can always come back to you okay?" He says, You nod your head and he leans in and kisses you,
"I'm going to be gone dfor a couple of days but i'll call you whenever i can okay?" He says between the kiss and you just nod, You didn't want to say anything, You didn't want to break the kiss, You wanted to stay like this as long as possible.
