Jealous

BTS was at an award ceremony, and they were sitting next to Seventeen. As luck would have it, you was put on the edge next to Wonwoo. As the two groups sat next to each other, some of the older members of Seventeen was teasing Wonwoo as they knew that he had a crush on Taeyun.

As the awards went on, both Taeyun and Wonwoo become more comfortable with each other and began to speak to each other. It wasn't long before they got past that awkward phase and they were getting to know each other quite well. They were so engrossed in their conversation, that it took Jimin repeatedly tapping Taeyun that she realised it was their turn to perform.

Taeyun gave a quick bid farewell to Wonwoo saying that they would talk soon. This for some reason made Jimin jealous and he felt the need to protect Taeyun.

When Taeyun was walking and catching up with the rest of the group, Jimin turned around and have a quick glare at Wonwoo. As Taeyun performed she made eye contact with Wonwoo, which Jimin also saw.

Seeing Taeyun interact with other guys that weren't BTS, made Jimin angry for some reason.

"Taeyun is only supposed to talk to me or the other members not to other boys. If she does, she'll forget about me." Jimin thought to himself.

Feeling that he had to protect his maknae, Jimin went to Taehyung, thinking he would help back him up. Much to Jimin's surprise, Taehyung didn't show much interest in the conversation.

"Jimin you need to understand that Taeyunie is old enough to make decisions. If feel like there is something fishy about Wonwoo, then just keep an eye on him. And I highly doubt that Taeyunie will forget about you. I mean, you live with her. It's kinda hard to forget someone that you see every day."

Jimin was left in shock, but took in what Taehyung said.

When the group made it back to were they were sitting, Jimin kept a close eye on Wonwoo. He saw the way Taeyun's face lit up as she spoke to Wonwoo about something that Jimin could care less for.

Every now and then, Jimin made eye contact with Wonwoo and would give him the 'don't break her heart' look slightly scaring Wonwoo. When Seventeen had to go and prepare for their performance, Taeyun turned to Jimin and raised an eyebrow at him.

"What Taeyunie?"

"If you want to say something to Wonwoo, all you have to do is open that mouth of yours and speak that beautiful vocabulary that you've learnt down through your years of being alive."

"I don't know what your talking about TT." Jimin grinned innocently.

"Pff, what ever you say."

When Wonwoo arrived back from performing, Taeyun congratulated him, leaving Jimin to be sour once again.

"Look, the minute Wonwoo is gone, Tae remembers that I'm sitting here. But the minute he comes back, I'm forgotten again. What will happen if that happens all the time when they meet up?" Jimin thought to himself yet again.

When it was time to leave, Taeyun gave a quick hug to Wonwoo, saying that she'll see and speak to him soon. As Taeyun walked with her group, she clung unto Jimin's arm like she normally would do when she was tired. However, Jimin shrugged her off and walked off leaving a confused and slightly hurt Taeyun.

In the car back to the dorm, Jimin told  Hoseok that he could switch seats with him if he wanted to. This further hurt Taeyun as Jimin's previous seat was next to her. Not that she minded Hoseok sitting next to her, for he was whispering funny things about some of the hyung line, it was that Jimin didn't want to speak or have contact with her. What did she do wrong?

Once they got back to the dorm, Taeyun tried to speak to Jimin but he shrugged her off saying that he was so tired after the award and the performance that he thinks he might go to bed early.

Now Taeyun was beyond confused. It was a maknae line tradition that after an award ceremony, when they came back, they would watch a movie in either the living room or in one of their rooms. No matter how tired you was, they never broke this since they debuted.

When Taehyung came in the living room with the popcorn, and only saw two faces waiting for him, he was confused.

"Where is Jimin hyung?"

"He said that his gonna go bed early." Jungkook said not really understanding what was happening, but was more interested in the sweet smell of the popcorn infront of him.

As Taehyung sat in between Taeyun and Jungkook, Taeyun whispered to him.

"I think Chimney is upset with me."

Taehyung looked at her and saw that her eyes were filled with sadness. There was many things about Taeyun that Taehyung found cute, and one of them was that she always took it to heart when someone she cared about was upset with her.

"Personally I think he's jealous over you and Wonwoo, and how friendly you two was with each other. He told me that he thought that you might forget him if you keep speaking to Wonwoo. But if you go and speak to him, you didn't hear anything from me."

Taeyun sighed knowing that she didn't do anything directly that hurt Jimin. It was more of an misunderstanding rather than anything else.

Taeyun went to the room shared by Jimin and Taehyung. She gently knocked on the door when she heard no answer she opened the door. When she entered the room, she saw Jimin's eyes were opened but quickly closed when he realised she was in the room. Taeyun gently made her to Jimin's bed and sat at the foot of it.

They sat in silence, until Taeyun broke it.

"Oppa, I know that you didn't like me speaking to Wonwoo today. And I also don't like you not talking to me. So I've decided to resolve this problem, I won't talk to Wonwoo anymore. I can't bare to speak to someone but a person that I'm living with doesn't want to talk to me." Taeyun said solemnly.

What Taeyun said hit Jimin hard and he realised that he was being a bit selfish in acting the way that he was.

He sighed. "Taeyunie I don't want you to stop talking to someone because I'm selfish. You should be able to talk to someone without making annoyed. The same way I would accept you support my friendship with another female, you accept me to do the same."

"I understand oppa."

"But promise me that you won't forget me or the rest of the group when you speak to other people."

"Oh oppa! How could I? I live with you." Taeyun laughed. "Come on, the other two are waiting for us. And I wouldn't mind if I could have some popcorn before it's demolished by that hungry bunny downstairs."

Jimin laughed.

As they were leaving the room Taeyun made a sly comment. "By the way, you look cute when you're jealous or mad."

"Hey! I'm not cute. I manly!"

"I think some armys would disagree with you. You. Are. Cute." Taeyun said as she dashed downstairs looking for a hiding place.

"PARK TAEYUN YOU HAVE 30 SECONDS BEFORE I COME AFTER YOU!"
