Starting Over

Taeyun was starting at her new school after the incident out her old school. It was safe to say that she was nervous to be going back to school after having been away for a while.

Jungkook seeing how nervous Taeyun was, he decided that when Taeyun started to go to his school, he would take Taeyun under his wing and make sure that the things that happened in Taeyun's previous school wouldn't happen.

The last Friday that he would be going to school alone, he went and spoke to 3 of the nicest girls that were going to be Taeyun's class. He asked them to help Taeyun settle in and be a friendly face. Unlike Taeyun's previous school, most of the students didn't see idols as something special. They saw them as students that also wanted an education and have fans all around them. These three girls were some of those students. When Monday came around, Jungkook was positive that Taeyun would have a fantastic day.

As they were about to reach the gates of the school, Jungkook turned to Taeyun. "When we enter the school, stick close to me. If you want to hold my hand you can. And let me know if anyone, and I mean anyone tries to touch you. Okay?"

Taeyun nodded as her nerves got the best of her.

They walked into the school and people looked at the newcomer.

"Isn't that Luna?"

"Is she dating Jungkook?"

"No you idiot, Luna's in the same group as Jungkook."

"Oh yeah. Their group is called EXO right?"

"The group is called BTS for crying out loud! And no their debut song wasn't Wolf. It was No More Dreams."

"Right now I remember. There's 4 members right?"

"There are eight members stupid. Do you live under a rock?"

"No just lost a few brain cells."

"Dear lord helps us all."

Jungkook took no notice of those looks or the conversation and grabbed Taeyun leading her through the crowd to where her locker was located.

Because of their ages they were going to be in the same class meaning that Taeyun's locker was quite near Jungkook's.

"Umm, Jungkook? You can let go of my wrist now."

Jungkook looked down to realise that he was still holding Taeyun's wrist and let go.

As tradition, the new students had to go and see the headteacher and have a tour of the school. Jungkook took Taeyun to the headteacher. He left her there telling her to meet him back at the lockers at the end of the talk with the headteacher.

At the end of the tour, it was break time and Taeyun had already by the lockers. As she waited for Jungkook, she heard a slight snigger behind her.

Standing behind her were five girls having their skirts way higher than the school said it was supposed to be. Each of their faces where caked with make up and they smelt of overpowering expensive perfume. The sight and smell of them was sickening.

The leader turned walked about to Taeyun looking her up and down.

"Your Luna from BTS right?"

Taeyun nodded.

"I'm Mackenzie. I'm half American and Korean hence why my name is English. Not like you needed to know that."

"Ok" Taeyun said.

"I have a question for you and I want you to answer me honestly. Okay?"

"Okay..."

Mackenzie looked like she was inspecting her long fake nails. "Are you dating Jungkook oppa?"
