Dustberry: crush at first sight

Blues POV-
"Aah, the night was so beautiful with dust." I sighed to myself as I walked home. I feel we've gotten to know each other so well in such a short amount of time. I know about his papyrus and what happened in his AU, how his brother is always telling him to get more LV. Sometimes the thought scared me, how dust could possibly try and kill me at any given time...but I know he wouldn't, he loves me and I love him. I enter the home to be greeted by papyrus. "Hello papy!" I exclaimed as I gave him a hug. "Hey sans, where have you been today?" He asked, returning the hug. "Oh you know, just hanging out with my friends, the usual." I lied, not wanting him to know about me and dust. The reason behind that is because he's quite overprotective of me. I'm not allowed to go to some AUs because of him cause they're "dangerous". I know he just wants to protect me, but I want a little bit more freedom. "Are you sure? Evidence would say otherwise." He pulled up his phone and went onto monstergram. He scrolled for a picture and showed it to me. I felt my soul drop at the sight. It was an image of me and dust hugging, surrounded by fireflies at echotale. "Papyrus, this isn't what it looks like! He's just a good friend of mine! I hug ink and Dream all the time!" I lied again. "Ink's caption would say otherwise sans." I looked below the image. The caption read 'look at this cute couple! So cute!'. I feel my soul sink deeper and deeper. "Ok ok I like him! And I hung out with him today too, not ink and Dream..." I admitted shamefully. "Sans, He could hurt you, I don't want that happening..." papyrus stated. "But I know he won't." I replied, standing up for dust. "How can you be so sure? He killed his own brother for asgore's sake!" Papyrus yelled. "But I know he won't! He killed his brother because he needed to! I love him and I'm sure he loves me back!" I said, feeling tears well up in my eyes. "He killed almost a whole AU Sans! He's even on your enemies side! Dust is dangerous! How are you sure he's not pretending so he can kill you?" He barked. "Because you don't know him like I do! I love him and you won't ever get in the way!" I said, my vision going blurry from the tears. Before papyrus could say another word I ran upstairs and went into my room, slamming the door shut. I began to pour my eyes out. Why can't papyrus let me love him...

Papyrus's POV-
Blue ran up stairs. I heard the sound of a door slamming shut, along with silent sobs. "What have I done..." I sighed. I'm not sure how I can fix this. Ink is really the only one who knows about what boundaries I put up for blue. Dream knows, but I think Ink would be better help right now. I decided to call him. The call of the phone made me feel nervous. "Hello stretch, what's up?" He asked, he voice cheery as usual. "Hey ink, I need your help." I said. "What's wrong? Is your AU being destroyed??" He spoke frantically. "No, that kind of help...*sigh* just let explain." I told ink what happened. "Wow stretch, that's harsh." Ink said, a tint of sadness in his voice. "I know, it's just he normally accepts that I don't want him doing things, but this time he was so protective over dust." I sighed. "Well that's cause he loves dust. You'll do anything for the people you love, like you do for blue." He replied. "what should I do? Sans probably won't talk to me." I asked, sorry painting my voice. "Just straight up apologise. Don't say you were wrong or that he was wrong, as you're both entitled to your opinions." Ink suggested. "Alright, thanks ink, goodbye." I farewelled, hanging up. I really hope sans forgives me.
