(A/N this chapter is stupid... And short)
Eyeshadow was smudged down his face and the rain wasn't helping. Virgil walked alone through the streets, heading to his ‘calming place’. It wasn't too far, that's how Virgil found it. One night he was sitting outside his window when they first moved and he saw the building and decided to go there the next night. Turns out it was an abandoned building and a few teenagers go there during the night when they do drugs and all that. Virgil just learnt to ignore them.
The hood of his worn out hoodie was falling off his head, his hair was wet anyway. The hoodie did nothing to protect him from the heavy rain he was walking in. So, he was thankful when he finally reached the building. Kids could already be heard, their voices echoing throughout the place, and Virgil found it relaxing. He wasn't the only one enjoying this place.
The sounds of his shoes running up the stairs were quiet, he always tried to be. He didn't know what else was here.
The building was 3 stories high (4 if you count the roof) and Virgil would always rest on the 3rd. There was a place in the wall where a window should have been where Virgil likes to sit. Rain can't reach him, a few wooden planks keep him dry, hanging off from the roof.
That is where he sat, peering over the few buildings into the larger ones blocked him from viewing more. It didn't matter to Virgil, he liked the sight. Not too little yet not too overwhelming.
He could see the streets from here, the cafes closing and the lights of the 2 Mcdonalds that shine all night. Every now and then Virgil would hear the laughter from a few drunk men heading out the pub if it weren't for his headphones.
So, now he was looking at the city and listening to My Chemical Romance. His fingers tapped against hid leg to the beat. That was until a beeping noise coming from his phone stopped the music, signalling that somebody was calling him.
He sighed and picked up the phone. It read 'Roman' and Virgil silently questioned why he would be calling him at midnight. He shrugged it off and answered the call.
"Yo?" Virgil said, holding the side of the phone with the mic up to his mouth since the sound will come through the headphones.
"Hey sweety" Roman answered, he sounded tired. "I need to ask you somin"
Virgil looked down at the drop bellow him "Hm?"
"Mum sort of kicked me out aannnd.. Well-"
"Roman, We've talked about this. You're welcome to live at my house if ya want" The emo reassured him. Virgil knew how Roman's mom was - what they call her - a bitch.
"Thanks but I can't leave my brother. She isn't fit for looking after him, especially with his attitude." Virgil has only met Roman's brother once and that was over the phone. Even now Virgil could hear the child in the background.
"'m sure we can sort something out - have you guys had dinner?" Virgil cared alot about Roman, he knew that his mum was not the best so they did talk about moving in together and now was that time. Roman needed it and so does his brother.
"I have. I don't know about him though" Roman cut himself off to call his brother, Virgil chuckled at the thought of Roman running after his brother.
"Meet at McDonalds, I'll get him something."
"Alright. Meet you there. Love you"
"Love you too, bye"
The call ended and Virgil got up. His music automatically started and he quickly walked through the building.
(A/N again, I wrote this in class)
