Ash and Serena ran towards each other and reunited with a hug. Serena face turned light red as she pulled away.
"I feel like it been forever since we've seen each other," she said.
"Yeah too long," he said with a smile, "why are you here?"
"Well we've been working really hard it Hoenn, so I wanted to treat me and my Pokémon to a vacation," she replied," why are YOU here?"
"Well my mom and I came here on a vacation too, but then I found out about the Pokémon school, so of course I had to stay. There is just way to much to do here!"
"Wow, that's super cool. You're going to school. Haha! Hard to believe."
"I know right? I have to show you around-"
"Ash? Ash? Oh there you are," Kiawe called.
"I have to introduce you to my friends!" Ash beamed, "Kiawe, Mallow, you'll never believe this!"Ash took Serena by the hand and ran over to his friends. Serena was blushing bright pink.
"This is Serena," he began, "we first met at a summer camp back in Kanto, then we journeyed together in the Kalos region with our other friends not too long ago. We just ran into each other."
"You. Are. Kidding." Mallow yelled, "Ash! I cannot believe that you didn't tell us you journeyed with HER. Serena, I watched all your Pokémon performances! I'm a big fan!"
"Aww thank you! It's so nice to meet you guys," Serena said with a wink.
"I'm Kiawe, it's nice to meet you. Pokémon performances are amazing to watch. The bond between trainer and Pokémon has to be so strong," he marveled.
"Well, yes, it takes lots of practice and lots of trust!"
"Well we got to hurry back to the others", Mallow said.
"Serena, will you please come with?", Ash asked, scratching his nose.
"Of course!" Serena replied. She wouldn't skip out on time with her crush.
