*Serena's Point of View*

I stand there and watch as both of them start to strike these poses? Honestly I'm quite confused on what's happening. I see them start to glow. Then, Kiawe's Marowak starts to glow too, and Pikachu.

"InFeRnO oVeRdRiVe!" I hear Kiawe yell.

"Gigavolt Havoc!!!" Ash yells next.

All of a sudden there are two huge explosions. I stand there amazed and confused on what I just witnessed.
Ash runs up to me.

"Did ya see it?!" He asks.

"Yeah!" I say, "that was amazing! So it was just a really strong really powerful move?"

"Yeah, so the trainer and Pokémon's heart and feelings must be as one to get it to full power," Kiawe replies.

Wow I just think in awe. Ash has gotten even better. He seems so excited showing of his new skills. If he's happy I'm happy.

Back in the classroom, the Professor continues to talk about Kalos. Mallow taps me on the shoulder slides a little piece of paper over to me.

It says, "Can I show you around the island after class? -Ash"

I blush. Is he asking me on a date? No. He can't be. He's just being nice. Yeah.
I turn to him and give him a thumbs up. His eyes sparkle. Why does he seem so excited? Maybe Mallow was right, maybe just maybe he might have feelings for me? I don't know.

. . .

After class ends Mallow asks me, "do you want to have a sleepover tonight with Lillie, Lana, and me?"

"Well," I reply, "Ash ...is showing me around the island tonight."

"Ooooh," she says, "kinda like a date-"

"Hey Serena!" Ash says as he walks over, "ready to go?"

"Yeah!" I reply.

As we are walking away I turn around to see Mallow holding up her hands in the shape of a heart. I stick my tongue out, teasing her back.

. . .

As we are walking down the street I feel the urge to hold Ash's hand, but I stop myself, worried about it being awkward.

"Here is Hau'oli city," he says, "it has lots of places to shop!"

"Wow," I say, "can we go look?"

"That's why I brought you here," he laughs.

We look around at the different stores when he looks at an outfit in a window.

"Look at this one," he says, "I think it would look great on you."

I blush. Hard. Did he just say that. Awww. He was probably just being nice though.
I try it on. It's a cream shirt with light pink and green flowers on it, and it ties in the front. With a sea green colored skirt.
I walk out of the dressing room.

"Wow," he says.
