•Ash's Point of View•
The words just flew out of my mouth.
"Aww really Ash?" She asks with a little smile.
"Yeah of course!" I reply.
My heat pounds as we look at each other, when Bonnie tugs on her big brother's sleeve.
"It's getting late," he says, "we are going to head to our hotel. I'm going to assume we have a big day tomorrow."
Serena and I tell them to meet at the Pokémon school as we wave goodbye.
"Ash," Serena says, "you really do? ... I mean you really do want to be together...?"
"Well...yeah, you make me have this feeling inside where I feel happy and I dont know... you inspire me and make me super happy I just... i just... love you," I blurt out.
Serena looks up at me. She smiles a big smile and pulls me into a big hug.
"Ash! I feel the same way. But, I'm only here for
3 more days... then I have to go back to Hoenn. I have to keep pursuing me dream..." she trails off.
I frown. I don't want her to leave. However, I know she has to stick to her dream. We both do.
"That's okay," I start off, "we can both go for our goals. You can go back to Hoenn and finish up your contests and I will finish up the Pokémon school here. Then, when we are both ready we can travel to a new region together and you can preform and I can do gym battles!"
"Aww Ash," she says as she hugs me tighter, "let's be together!"
We walk back to the professor's house, holding hands and talking about our goals.
Once we arrive, Professor Kukui is outside looking at the ocean. He glances over at us.
"I'm happy for you two," he says.
"About last-" I start to say.
"You two just go to bed," he says with a warm smile.
"Goodnight Professor," we reply.
