sweet dream or a beautiful nightmare-

It has been 4 months since the party and me and Grayson were amazing. I had my spoken much to Ethan. Everyone we see eachother he smiles awkwardly then walks away. I hate how much this hurts him but I'm not going to hide how I feel for his brother.

Saturday-

I got a message from Ethan it was 2:30 am so I started panicking.

Ethan🤪

E: Cassie...
Me: Hey eth? What's up? Are you ok it's 2 in the morning?
E: I need to see you.
Me: When?
E: now. please I'm scared and need to talk to you.
Me: okay sure I'll be over in 10.
E: NO!
Me: what's the matter?
E: don't go to my house meet me at the park near school.
Me: okay I'm leaving now.
E: same.

I slipped on a pair of trackies and a jumper then used Nates car to get there. I pulled up and he was sat on the swings on his phone. He looked at me and stood up, his eyes filling with tears. I ran towards him and hugged him. He pulled me to the floor as he was crying. We sat there for about 5 minutes nor saying a word. His head facing in my shoulder to hide his tears. Finally I got the courage to ask what was wrong.

C: E, what's going on?
E: I messed up Cassie, like really bad...
C: what have you done??
E: I'm sorry.. I'm so so sorry.

At that point I loosened my arms from around him and looked him in the eyes confused and angry.

C: Ethan. what did you do?
E; promise me you won't hate me.
C: I could never hate you, whatve you done???

I said getting more frustrated with him.
E: it's Grayson, he's in hospital...

Worry spread across my face and my eyes were welling up.
C: ARE YOU SERIOUS LETS GO!?
E: no cas wait!

I got up ignoring him jogging to the car. Then I heard Ethan shout my name as if there was more to it. I turned impatiently waiting for him to speak.

E: Cassie, he cheated on you..
C: No he didn't now let's go!

He walked up to me and looked me in eyes. He was serious and telling the truth. I began shaking and my mouth opened wide with shock and anger.

E: I'm so sorry...
C: no no no, he couldn't have! He wouldn't do that to me especially now! I can't stay with him if he has and what am I supposed to do???

E: slow down, it's okay. It'll be ok.
C: no it won't!
E: sure it wil-
C: I'm pregnant Ethan!
E: what?
C: I found out a week ago and Grayson knows that...and he did it anyway..
E: IM GOING TO KILL HIM AGAIN!
C: again? What do u mean again?

He stayed silent. I was wide-eyed and begged him to tell me repeatedly. Finally he spoke as he stepped back from me and looked to the floor.

E: I couldn't let him get away with doing that to you. And with alliso-
C: HOLD UP ALLISON IS THE FUCKING HOE!
E: oh right yeah I forgot to mention that bit..

I broke down and sobbed uncontrollably. Ethan hugged me and waited till I stopped crying to finish what he was saying.

E: I'm sorry.. but when I heard them earlier I thought it was you and him so I knocked the door and heard him speak.
C: what did he say?

*flashback*
"shit do you think that might be Cassie??!!" So I opened the door confused "WHAT THE FUCK?!" I screamed and she looked up at me looking guilty.
"Ethan! I'm sorry, please don't hate me youve juzt been so distant!"
"Boo you whore, I don't care about your dumbass but GRAYSON WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCKKK?".
He looked at me almost crying he was that sad about being caught.
"E Please don't tell Cassie!" That's when I lost it. Allison had already got dressed and left and Grayson has just finished getting dressed and stood in the middle of his room begging. "ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING YOUR CHEATING ON HER? IM GONNA FUCKING KILL YOU"
I ran at him and threw him to the floor. He slammed against the floorboards and winced. I punched him repeatedly in the face till he stopped fight back. Not being able to stop myself I kicked him a couple times from his face all the way to his balls. His eyes were shut and he stopped moving, his face drenched in blood and tears. I grabbed him by the throat and picked up his head then slammed it onto the floor again.
I got up and went to leave the room but he still didn't move. I was looking at him waiting. My mum just opened the front door and began walking up stairs to come see what was going on. I started panicking and kneeled down to him and listened to his breathing. Turns out he wasn't. My mum ran in crying her eyes out and screaming "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!! MY BABY!!" repeatedly. She dialed 911 and they were sending out an emergency ambulance. That's when I left and his pulse was so faint he was barely alive.
*end of flashback*
And that's when I called you.

E: Are you angry?
C: No..
E: so are we good?
C: I don't know..
E: I love you cas and I couldn't stand to let him hurt you like that.
C: ok.
E: are you okay?
C: nope..
E: it'll be alright.

He hugged me again and I sobbed into him.
E:do you still want to go to the hospital?
C: can u just take me home..maybe I'll stop by there tomorrow.

He then drove me home in Nates car and when he left me at the front door he kissed me on the forehead goodbye.

E: I'm so sorry but I'm here for you princess..
C: thank you.
