Chapter 8

Jack's P.O.V.-
I couldn't sleep for some reason, so since we practically are family I went downstairs to make popcorn. I put a bag of extra, extra butter popcorn in the microwave, and sat down at the table. Yes we're that cool we eat extra, extra butter popcorn, well actually that's all Haley, and Liz let us buy, but whatever it tastes good. The microwave beeped, and I got up to get the popcorn when I heard someone coming down the stairs. I turned around to see Lizzy standing in the doorway. "Hey you can't sleep either?" I asked her. She just nodded her head sleepily. "Want some popcorn, and Dr. Pepper." I asked getting 2 cans out of the fridge. "Is that even a question." She said laughing sitting down across from me at the table. I sat down to and gave her a can of Dr. Pepper. She looked really upset so I decided to ask her what was up. "Hey Liz is something wrong?" I asked getting her attention. She just looked at me, and burst into tears. I jumped up, and ran to the other side of the table to comfort her. "Hey, hey, hey it's ok just tell me what's up ok?" I said quietly rocking her in my lap. She nodded her head calming down. "Ok well Haley and I were offered a job at polyvore, and I'm so scared that something's going to go wrong, or no ones going to like or designs." She said still breathing heavy. "And we were thinking that since we all practically live together anyways we could buy a house together, and it would be easier, for the job. But we haven't told anyone yet so be quiet about it were telling everyone at the airport tomorrow." She said smacking my chest lightly at the end. "Hey, everyone's going to love you guys, and you'll be great don't worry about it." I told her smiling. "Thanks Jack it means a lot." She said smiling up at me. She let out a huge yawn, and closed her eyes. I picked her up, and laid her down on the couch. I grabbed some blankets, and laid down next to her. In a few minutes I was fast asleep.
