***Rafe's POV***

I watched as Alpha Derek introduced his Primary ranks to me, his daughter and her mate caught my eye the most, their happiness was evident and i once again thought of how Desiree and how i let her slip away from me, no thats not right, how i kicked her away from me...literally. I sensed the unrest of the pack after Alpha Derek's Gamma, Nyamo, was announced so i suspected it would be his Omega and pack Trainer as Omega's usually are, would be next. Though i didn't quite understand the reason for their unrest i could imagine that he would be very strong and fear-full. I waited whilst his daughter Syryella came over to him and whispered in his ear, after she had walked away Derek finally spoke again. .."Sorry. And finally, My Omega...and her sweet daughter, Desiree Mimar and Giullietta Mimar." My heart started pounding like a helicopter and i strained to see this woman who bore a similar name to that of my mate. I saw the crowd start to part slowly and i saw a head of beautiful dark brown hair start to make its way towards the front. The last line of people moved and my heart stopped. Infront of me was Desiree Calla Solette... or Mimar  now i suppose...in all her glory she strutted proudly out from the crowd to take her place alongside Nyamo and Syryella. I marvelled at her, starting from her feet up i examined her tan body, her toned legs, her flat, toned stomach, her pert breasts, her face, her eyes, her mouth, her hair, EVERYTHING. I hadn't seen this woman for 2 years and here she was, standing proudly infront of her pack with none other than a child on her hip. Wait, wait, wait.. A CHILD! I backtracked and looked carefully at this child, her brown hair, blue eyes which were not from Desiree as she had golden brown eyes that you could get lost in. It took a while for this to register in me but for her to have a child means that she has mated!  I stood stock still as the shock settled in. Desiree was not MY Desiree anymore...

***Desi's POV***

I could feel his eyes on me. Watching me. Studying me. I didn't look at him though. I wouldn't give him the satisfaction. Instead, I adjusted Giuls's position on my hip and pushed some of her hair out of her eyes. Her long brown hair was the same colour as my own but her clear blue eyes that pierced through to anyones soul were too different to be mistaken as from me. But to me, she was my daughter.  I slowly scanned the faces of my former pack, from left to right i saw shock, disbelief, and confusion. I nodded to my Alpha, giving the cue for him to allow Alpha Rafe to introduce his Pack. "Apha Rafe, you may now introduce your pack." Said Derek. The pack listened as he introduced Callum as  Beta, my ex-brother Adrian as Gamma, My ex-father Torin as Theta, and his new wife Sandra as Zeta. His parents stood proudly beside him just as i stood proudly with Giuls on my hip.
