The Secret Youtuber

Chapter One

A/N: I have no clue what Grasers real name is, so in this story we'll just call him Alex. Her username for minecraft and youtube is Fl0xxie (its not real) but in the story I'm spelling it as Floxie to make it less annoying. Also, I'd love feedback and thoughts on the story, so don't hesitate to leave a comment :) I don't bite ;)

I walk outside to my car and carry in the last of the boxes. Moving away gives me a fresh start, and an opportunity to meet new people. It's good to move around every now and then, because everyone needs something to spice up their life without causing them to choke to death. I set it down on the wooden floor which will soon be my front room. I walk back out and lock my car, then shut the door behind me as I walk inside of my new home. I shuffle across the floor and lay on my new couch from IKEA and slowly drift to sleep.

I wake up and look around, not recognizing my surroundings for a moment. I laugh at myself and sit up. I reach for my phone, and the LED blinks blue, notifying me that I had a new text. I unlock my phone and see that it's from Alex.

Hey, want to record together later today?

I tap on the screen and quickly reply with Yeah, just let me set up a bit. I press send and lock my phone, then walk to the office where my computers and recording software are. Lucky for me, this room came with a built in desk. No more hassle with missing screws!

I position my mic just the way I prefer it and step back to admire my work. I turn on the computer and both of the monitors turn on as well. I walk to the front room and grab my phone, then walk back to the office.

I log into everything and put on my headphones, only to hear Alex and Liam talking about something as they work on a Cube project. I unmute my mic and say in the deepest voice I can do "Hey guys, guess who?"

They both laugh, knowing it's me, but they play along. "Uh, Kermit?" Liam asks through a laugh.

"How'd ya know?" I play along, backing away from the mic as I laugh. "Nah, just kidding. I just got my new set up all perdy." I tell them, logging into the Cube server. "Now, it's time to record. I'm too lazy to switch to the recording suite, so whoever is in here is in the video." I say.

I press record on the recording program and count down from 3. "Heeey, guys! It's-"

"Graser!" Alex yells over my voice. "Here with another Cube ep. for you guys!"

"Floxie!" I yell over him. "Welcome to another episode of the Cube! Graser's here with me today! Graser, how about you tell them what we're going to do?"

"Uh, I'll leave that up to H. H, buddy?"

"Whats up?"

"Tell the viewers what we're going to be doing today!" Alex says with a laugh.

"Oh yes.. We'll be helping H with his amusement park!" Liam says, making up something of the top of his head.

"How fun!" I laugh.

About an hour or two later, the episode is up. I walk away from the office and begin to unpack. As I unpack my bedsheets, I get a call from Alex. I answer the phone and hear that it's a threeway call.

"Why aren't you guys on teamspeak?" I ask as Alex and Mitch (Straub) talk.

"Because teamspeak is down."

"For real?" I ask, making my bed.

"Shut the fuck up Mitch." Alex says with a laugh.

"Dudes, I'm busy unpacking so this better be important."
