"You ready to taste some cakes?" asked Rudy as he drove into the parking lot of Creative Confections Bakery.

"Yeah I can't wait to sink my teeth into something sweet." said Penny as she unbuckled her seatbelt.

The couple walked up the stairs and into the bakery that was decorated in pink swirls and smelled like French Vanilla.

"Welcome to Creative Confections. I'm Steve. How can I help you today?" said the man at the counter.

"We have an appointment for cake tasting." said Rudy.

"Ah yes Rudy Tabootie and his fiancé Penny." said the man as he looked in the book.

"What kind of cake would you like for your wedding day?" asked Steve.

"We were thinking a chocolate cake with white fondant with little green flowers on it." said Penny as she pointed to the picture in the cake book.

"A very excellent choice." said Steve.

"I'll get you a choice of chocolate cakes and we'll discuss them as soon as you're finished tasting." said Steve as he got up to fetch the samples.

Ten minutes later, Steve brought out a silver tray of assorted chocolate cakes and two forks for Rudy and Penny.

The couple each took off a piece of cake and were very impressed by all of the different kinds of chocolate.

"Which flavor is the one?" asked Steve.

"We really like the milk chocolate." said Rudy.

"The milk chocolate melts in your mouth and is the right amount of sweetness." said Steve.

"I love it to." said Penny.

"When's the wedding?" asked Steve.

"Next year on September 20th." said Penny.

"We'll have the cake ready by then." said Steve as he marked it down in his cake book.

The couple paid for their cake and went back to the car.

"That cake was tasty." said Penny.

"Yeah it was." said Rudy.

The couple drove back to their apartment and relaxed after eating the cake samples.
