The gate to Bree shot open, letting the terrifying creatures run inside with their weapons.

The people and creatures living in Bree, screamed in terror.

But they didn't realise, that the orcs at the very back, were already dead.

Rey ran through the forest. All the horrible memories and nightmares came back to her in less than a minute and were flooding her mind.

She remembered her parents leaving her alone but not that clearly. She remembered it like through a thick layer of fog.

And those nightmares! She saw these things every single night, when she fell asleep. It felt like swapping lives. You fall asleep; you wake up somewhere else but you fall asleep again; you wake up where you fell asleep the first time.

Rey always felt scared when it got late. She knew that something unpleasant would happen when she would fall asleep. But she never knew what it was.

So she ran, hoping that she'd forget about it all when she would focus on her exhaustion after the run.

After a while, she finally stopped, feeling exhausted and overwhelmed.

Suddenly Rey heard a few familiar beeps from behind her. She turned around to see BB-8. She didn't feel surprised to see the droid but she wondered why had it followed her.

"What are you doing? You have to go back," she said and it responded with a few beeps. "BB-8, no, you can't - you have to go back. You're too important and putting everyone in dange-"

She paused when they both heard terrified screams coming from Bree.

Rey quickly ran in that direction and BB-8 hurried after her.

"Fire!" Parthannûn bellowed at the top of his voice. And a moment later, dozens of arrows were in the air. Flying into the disgusting-faced orcs, who fell dead to the ground, as soon as an arrow hit them.

Now it was the elves' turn to fight with their sharp blades that were a perfection compared to the orcs' rough and blunt weapons.

As soon as he slayed his first orc, Legolas noticed a horrible orc, creeping toward Parthannûn who was busy fighting . He quickly made sure that his blade was in the right position and he threw it. It sunk into the creature's head and it fell to the ground.

Parthannûn turned around and realised who saved him. "Legolas," he called, throwing the sword into the other elf's hand. "Go and find the droid!"

Legolas nodded and dissappeared from Parthannûn's sight.

Poe quickly pulled his pistol from his belt and started shooting the orcs around, while Aragorn desperately looked around in search of Rey and BB-8. What if the orcs caught BB-8 and delivered the Ring to their master? Middle-Earth would be doomed for ever and it would be all his fault.

He quickly sprinted across the battlefield, back to the castle.

"Where are you going to?!" Poe called after him.

"To find them!" Aragorn called back, running through the entrance of the castle.

Rey quickly ran with her pistol, behind a mossy rock. She stayed silent, listening if someone was approaching. And she could hear someone, but whoever they were, they were very quiet. Probably as quiet as a little bird, who just hopped around, searching for worms that it could eat.

She started wondering if maybe, it actually was a bird, but it didn't sound like that.

Suddenly she saw a tall figure standing on the higher rock, ahead of her.

She quickly shot that way, thinking that it was an orc, but the figure who she shot at, swiftly moved to the right.

And now, Rey could see who it was. It was an male elf. She heard stories of elves but she never thought she would see one in this very moment.

Legolas stared at the girl who put down her weapon. She was not an orc or on the enemy's side. He turned around and walked away. He had to find the droid before the orcs did.

But he still wondered who she was.
