#4 Different

I arrive
at the corner of our street
our house embraced
by shadows in the dark.

No one is awake
to hear my footsteps
nor anyone is disturbed
to my low voice calling.

The house changed again
the furnitures positioned differently
even my old bedroom is now a new room
so I concluded, that this is not home.

But I had to make out the most out of it
for old time's sake
for I may have come back
I knew I already left.
