Chapter 2 "Settling In"

 Kawaii-chan's pov:

Zane-kun was so nice to let me stay! Currently he was grabbing blankets for the guest room since I would be sleeping there. "Done," he called from upstairs. I finished my chocolate chip cookie and went upstairs. I walked into the room and laughed at what I saw. 

"What," he said sounding irritated. "I never thought you had rainbow blankets!" I said between giggles. 

"IT'S APHMAU'S!" He replied. Sitting on the bed I looked around the room. There was a TV in front of the bed, a dresser to the side, and the bathroom door was on the right side of the room. 

Zane-kun cleared his throat. "I prepared everything you need, but if I missed something let me know. I'll be in my room."

Nobody's pov:

As Zane left the room Kawaii-chan looked at her phone. 11:45 PM. Great, it's already midnight, she thought. She then took a shower and changed into pink pajamas. Turning on the TV she watched a movie for a little bit until she felt sleepy.

I need to say goodnight to Zane, she thought as she walked to his room. She lightly knocked on the door and he told her she could come in. He was in bed reading a book. Kawaii-chan didn't expect he was the reading type.

"What do you want?" He asked. "Oh, I just wanted to say goodnight!" She responded with a smile. "Alright well goodnight," he said. 

She then went back to her room and fell asleep.

Kawaii-chan's pov:

I woke up at the sound of my phone alarm. I then sit up in my bed and look at the time. 7:30. 

I wonder what I should do today? I then text Aphmau-senpai to see what she's up to.

Kawaii-chan🍪: Good morning Aphmau-senpai! What are you up to? 

Aphmau💜: Oh, good morning! Well me and Aaron were thinking about going to a carnival.

Kawaii-chan🍪: Awesome! If you don't mind, could me and Zane-kun come too?

Aphmau💜: Sure, we were planning on inviting Katlyn and Travis anyways.

Kawaii-chan🍪: Ok, see you! 😸

Aphmau💜: See ya!

I then set down my phone and go to Zane-kun's room. I knock and come in. He wasn't there. So I walked downstairs and found him cooking. I didn't know he liked cooking. 

"Good morning Zane-kun! What are you making?" I say as I stand beside him. He was wearing a black t-shirt and dark grey jeans with his mask. "Bacon and eggs," he replies. "Yum!"

"Hey, uh, I arranged something for us to do today!" I said excited. He lifted an eyebrow, "And what's that?"

"To go to the carnival with Aphmau-senpai, Aaron-kun, and a few others." There was a short pause before he responded. "I'm not a carnival type but I guess I'll go.." My eyes then sparkle. "YAY!"

After eating breakfast I go upstairs to get ready. I chose a white blouse with a pink skirt and black leggings. 

I then head back downstairs and walk with Zane-kun to his car. I hope we have a good time together. It's going to be so much fun!
