Chapter 8 "Beach 2"

Zane-kun's pov:

 I awake to the soft breeze of the A/C. Stretching slightly I get up and head to the bathroom. I look at myself in the mirror. I sigh. I had to sleep with the mask just 'cause she's here. She'd fangirl if she saw my freckles. 

 I take a cold shower and change. Walking back to the bed I sit down. I see Kawaii-chan sleeping peacefully. Her black ear twitches slightly. Cute.

 I mentally slap myself. What's wrong with you?

 Trying to forget what I thought I text Aph. 

Zane🌑: Can I come over?

Aphmau💜: Sorry, Aaron's sleeping and I'm still tired. Maybe we can all meet up at 11:00AM?

Zane🌑: Alright, see you then I guess 

Aphmau💜: Great, see ya!

 What to do? What to do? My stomach grumbles. Well, that's an answer. Putting on my shoes I look at the cat sleeping. Should I wake her? I'll just bring us breakfast.

 Taking the elevator I head downstairs to the main lobby. There's already a few people getting food. I go over and look at the displays. Cereal, muffins, waffles (syrup is optional), bagels, and some fruit. What kind of breakfast is this?

 I decide to go to a resturant and get to go food. 

 I end up getting scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, and some sausage. I then head back to the hotel room.

Kawaii-chan's pov:

 I open my eyes slightly. I don't see a fluffy black head anywhere. I sit up. Where is Zane-kun? I get out of bed. I check the bathroom. Nope. Where...?

 Did he leave? I turn to see his stuff on a chair. No, he wouldn't leave his stuff. I then hear a click from the door. "I'm back," he says entering the room. "Zane-kun! You scared me!" He puts the bags on a table. "Did I?" 

 My cheeks heat up. "I-I just thought you l-left." He looks at me. "Why would I?" I shrug. "I don't know!" 

He chuckles slightly. Wait- 

DID HE JUST CHUCKLE!??

  I come up to him and hug him. "Awwwww Zane-kun! Your laugh is so cuuuuteee!!!" I see his face redden underneath the mask. "No it's not! And stop squeezing me, personal space!"

 I stop and back up. "It was very cute." I put my hands on my hips. "And you can't change my mind."

 After our small debate we ate and got ready to meet Aphmau-senpai. "You want me to put your swimsuit in my bag? I still have space," I asked. "Sure," he hands them to me. 

 I look in the mirror. I'm wearing a yellow t-shirt with purple shorts. Zane-kun's wearing his usual black/grey clothes. "Alright, let's go!"

We went down to the lobby together. I then saw a raven haired girl ahead. "Aphmau-senpai!" I squeeled and ran over to her. "Ah, Kawaii-chan! How are you?" 

"Good! You?" She hugged me tighter. "Doin' great!" 

 I looked over her shoulder and saw Aaron-kun. I smiled mischievously. "So, what did you and Aaron-kun do last night?" Aphmau-senpai rolls her eyes with a small blush. "Kawaii-chan! Don't ask those type of questions." I raise my eyebrows. "So...?" She sighs. "We watched some movies together." I pout. "Okay."

 After catching up a little more, Katlyn-sama and Travis-kun  arrive. "Hey guys!" Travis-kun says. "Hey Travis," Aphmau-senpai says.

 A little bit later Laurance and Garroth arrive. We all greet eachother and then leave. "Beach time!" Zane-kun looks at me. "Yeah." He then lets out a small smile.
