"Come on! Who do you like?" Max urges, While El looked at you with pleading eyes.

"N-no one?!" Your voice cracked, signaling that you were lying. "Oh please.." Max rolled her eyes, Standing up abruptly. "We all know you have the biggest crush on Will!" She smirks.

"Then why the hell are you interrogating me?!" She shrugged, Glancing over at Eleven.

"It's fun!"

-timeskip to the next day..aka code red baby!-

You woke up to Lucas' voice blasting through the walkie talkie that sat permanently on Max's nightstand. You smiled, Even though his screaming was getting annoying. But wether she'll admit it or not, She'll always be worried about Lucas.

"Shut up!" Max yelled, Turning the radio off. You rolled your eyes and stood up. You jumped at the obnoxious sound of the phone ringing.

Max answered it, Glaring at the wall as the conversation continued.

She abruptly hung up the phone. "Get dressed!" She yelled, Grabbing her clothes. You gave her a questioning look. "Code red! Something about will.." She rolled her eyes. You sighed.

"Of course. He's already been through enough shit. What now?" You ran a hand through your hair. "Why do you care?" Max said with a smirk. You scoffed.

"Yeah I care about him! More than anything..I don't know what I would do without him! Yes, I haven't known him as long as the boys have, but I think I know him better than all of them combined. We've talked for hours on the phone just about everything.! He's called because of nightmares. He's broken and doesn't deserve to go through this shit again, Ok?! I'm the one who watched him emotionally break in my arms, Max. He means more to me than he'll ever know. And he especially won't hear it from you, Correct?" You snapped, Your eyes slightly watering.  

She nodded. "You love him..You're in love with him!" She smiled. You shook your head. "No? I just...r-really care about h-him.."You smiled slightly, Throwing a sweater on that fell to your mid thighs. You slid on a pair of shorts and threw your hair in a ponytail.

"Come on!" You yell, Running out to your bike.

-Mikes house (the house where lies were born)-

You ran through the basement door. "Ok. What the hells going on?" You said as calmly as you could, Avoiding eye contact with Will.

"Sit down?" Mike have you a look. You sat down, Failing your attempt from a second ago, and looking over at Will who's gaze was already fixed on you. You smiled. "Is everything ok?" You asked, Causing Lucas to roll his eyes.

"We're getting to that!" He said hastily as Max and Eleven ran into the room, Taking their seats.

-many explanations later-

You stood up abruptly, walking towards the door. "Hey! Where are you going?!" Mike yells. "I can't do this again.." you whispered, Walking outside, Shutting it behind you. You heard it open. You sighed, Pinching the bridge of your nose.

"Look mike! I can't watch will go throu—Oh. Sorry.." You turned around, Coming face to face with Will. "What's wrong?" He asked, Grabbing your hand. "It's nothing Will—"

"No! It's not just nothing. I know when somethings 'nothing', (Y/n). Look don't walk away now...I need you..Look. I'm scared as hell..and you're the bravest girl I know—"

"Besides el.." You butted in, a sad smile painted on your lips. He rolled his eyes.

"—But you are the only thing keeping me sane. Hell, You were the only thing keeping me sane when I was literally insane. Please...Just come back inside and help us figure this out..?" He never let go of your hand.

"You're really cute..You know that?" His face turned crimson red. "S-s-seriously?" He stuttered. "Seriously.." you squeezed his hand as you both smiled at each other.

"Lets get back inside.." you smiled, Not letting go of his hand. "Am I gonna be ok?" He stopped in his tracks.

"Will..—Look at me. You'll be fine..I'm right here.." You gave him a reassuring smile before both walking back inside.
