The night was coming and Singto couldn't help but wanting to be at the hospital with Krist. "What's with the long face?" Fiat asks as he slurps on his noodle.

"May made me feel guilty that I'm not at the hospital visiting Tay." Singto sigh. "Not to mention that she still doesn't know about Matt."

Oaujun opens up his wallet and passes Singto some cash. "This is all I have, you can use it to cab to the hospital."

Singto politely rejects the cash. "It's alright, I have enough. I'm just worried of leaving this place because as you mention what if I knocked into Matt."

"There's always the emergency exit stairs." Fiat says sheepishly. Which was true, nobody would have used the stairs. Singto pushes the chair back.

"Alright, I'll head to the hospital. I'll try grab some clothes for you guys as well." Singto says.

"Don't' trouble yourself too much. You did plenty already." Oaujun says as the boy exits the room.

The few hours have passed and Tawan got placed into a normal ward which was a good thing. They wrap his leg in a hard plastic casing and half his face was covered in bandage. At least his face doesn't look as bloated and bruised as the first time.

New runs into the room. "Tay!" He yells only to get hushed by the two girls. He stops at his spot and pace silently towards the bed. One look at Tawan and he knows it's' Oak's work. He would never leave anyone with an uninjured face. He sits at the edge of the bed, holding onto his hand. "Tay."

"How's Oaujun and Fiat? Are they safe?" New looks at Krist, hoping he could answer his question.

"What do you mean by safe?" May ask, looking at the two boys.

New completely forgot that she didn't know about Matt. New swallow the ball of stupidity in his throat. "I mean, Tay and Oaujun was hanging out so I'm asking about them as well." New didn't completely lie.

"Then where is Fiat?" Prae asks.

The two boys look at each other, both unsure on how to answer her. "I think they were supposed to meet Fiat somewhere else I think." New lies, still unsure if they should tell the situation to her.

May stands up from her chair. "I know that the both of you are hiding something. To think that I was a part of the group. Krist isn't even part of our group and even he knows about what happened, how do you think that is supposed to make me feel?"

New can see the girl's eyes starts to water.

"You know what. I'm leaving. Tell Tay that I wish him well when he wakes up." May leaves the room. Prae calls for the girl but she didn't stop. Prae chases after her and Krist chases after Prae.

"Where are you going?" Krist grabs onto Prae's arm.

"I'm going after May. She's upset." Prae looks at Krist.

"Stay with me." Krist says, looking at her eyes.

"I wish I could but she's right. Even I could feel that you're hiding something from me. Plus May needs me more than you need me." Prae answers the boy. He feels his heart fell at her words. Krist didn't know what to do to keep her with him.

He pulls the girl into his arms, putting his lips onto hers. The feeling of a girl's lips is different. He didn't know what was it but it feels different. Prae's eyes are wide open, looking at Krist. Her eye slowly closes, kissing the older boy back.

Singto stands at the hallway, watching their kiss. He feel his heart break. It was like a million arrow hitting every single nerves that his heart has. The pain was overwhelming. He swallows down the pain and wipes the tears from his eyes. He is here for Tawan. He walks past the two of them and enters room.
