The next morning, Eijirou wouldn't be able to walk with you to school the next morning, leaving you with the gentle bird person, Tokoyami. Fortunately, your sister was too busy hitting the mailman repeatedly with a broom to notice you and your friend.

"The sun rises to reveal the demon inside of the angel."

"Agreed."

Deciding that it'd be a good time to actually get to know him, the walk was filled with small talk about small things. From the love of poetry, books, and dark places, and some things you picked up from your classmates. "If that bomb explodes, I fear he'll do anything to take down everyone with him. It's concerning, going to school just to know that you could get looped up in his idiocy and possibly get seriously injured."

Agreeing with you, he politely held the door to the classroom open, following you in. Of course he was going to be a gentleman. It was quite rare to find someone with a love for poetry and dark things as much as he did. Unfortunately, you didn't sit next to him. You were seated next to Todoroki, who kind of creeped you out to be honest.

Being too tired to narrate, you were just going to sum up what happened in the past 5 minutes. All Might barged in the room and announced that today will be hero training. Hopefully they got your costume right.

Okay so idk my readers at all so here's my OC as a model in the hero costume but before you give yourself a hero costume at least here me

You have a pair of gauntlets that are identical to claws on an animal, and unfortunately, can't be retracted. The things that are on the legs can easily mold into your fur when you change your legs, so the claws on the end of them won't disappear completely. Those claws can be retracted.

The mask is actually very useful and not for show. It allows you to retract the claws, see in the dark, and it can memorize anything you hear. So instead of having to go through the process of memorizing noises for yourself, every time you hear something, the eyes of the mask will display a little screen (that won't block your vision) that tells you what it is. Just estimate how far it is yourself because ya can't rely on tech forever—

The sleeves on the dress can fall off as well if you're desperate. And you wear a black collar but that'll be explained someday.

Joining your classmates, you hid in the back, slightly wishing your costume was more flashy. Wait, no. You had no regrets. Why in the name of Frith-rah would you stoop so low? Mumbling when you reached in the box to draw a lot, your entire body froze. "Ah, [Name], you'll be with Todoroki's group." Ah, you were already assigned a group. Wait, why weren't there enough lots in the boxes anyway? Mumbling even more as you wandered to Todoroki and Shoji, you listened to their conversation, memorizing the sound of their voices, the eyes of the mask you were wearing flickered.

"So what exactly is your quirk [Name]?" Internally smiling when the mask showed Shoji's name in the corner of your vision (because it actually works), you gestured to your legs, which were currently replaced by the hind legs of a black rabbit. "I can do that, turn into a normal rabbit, create holes in the ground and travel through them....like that Godzilla (2019) movie, where he can travel at warp speed through the currents in the water? And I have another ability but it's useless against battle." He nodded in thought, while Todoroki stared you down. You knew he wanted to know this ability, but only a clear sign from the god himself had to make you say it.

It wasn't like he was going to explain why he was hiding the obvious, but at least you didn't stare at him. Shoji's quirk was much more simple, and even allowed you to sit on his shoulders and look down at everyone from your little "throne" (which was actually just a person). Todoroki muttered something under his breath, before turning to the two of you. "Since we're a team of three, and one of you guys are more useful than the other, the plan is pretty simple. Shoji will locate the bomb, and I'll disarm it."

Shoji didn't have to take off the mask to guess your expression. Using his quirk to look at you, the mask covering your face made you somewhat more scary, especially with the vibe radiating out of you. Todoroki tried to counter with a glare of his own, but both of the boys knew that you wouldn't be affected by it.

"Okay."

Deciding to spend this time to try and memorize the voices of your classmates, you finished rather quickly. It seemed as though everyone decided to talk, and you got the names for all of your classmates thanks to the teacher. Forget about that fable about the tortoise and the hare, YOU were the smart one that outwitted all of these idiots. "Hey, [Name], I have a plan of my own." Shoji whispered low enough so that Todoroki wouldn't hear him. Everyone was too focused on the fight anyway.

Raising your ears, you listened to Shoji's plan. Unlike Todoroki's, his included you into the mix. Your quirk was similar to his in locating things, and you would help him locate the bomb and Oijiro and Hagakure, the team you guys were up against. "The hearing of rabbits are extraordinary. That's what I heard at least. I'd like to see if it's true." Agreeing to the plan, you smiled, pressing a finger to where your lips would be. "It'll be our secret~! Soon you'll witness the power of a black rabbit, Shoji."

Humming, he turned to the screen, watching the two childhood friends fight each other. It was only then when you saw Uraraka laughing at Iida that you realized something.

You've just made another friend that was just as much as a gentleman as Tokoyami.

okay so I had an idea for a book that's also an ×bnha but

I had a plan to use my OC (it modeled the hero costume, but it isn't a rabbit it's a hyena and yes it goes by she/her and it I'm not that bad of a person I have standards)

And I was hit with the idea while reading another book and watching the Lion King 2019 and seeing

Shenzi's character in the movie and all of the hyenas were amazing like they had my favourite animals in crisp detail like all of de fur was shown mmm

Anyway if you'd be interested great if you aren't that's great too because I don't really care I'm gonna finally do this after saying I was gonna do it right after I saw the movie which was Thursday July 18 2019
