"Are you sure you are okay to go on your own? Do you feel in control of your inner wolf enough?" Namjoon asked jungkook quietly

"Yes I'm perfectly fine, going on a trip with just the three of us is such a throwback I can't wait! I haven't seen grandma since I left for our debut."

"Just keep them both safe, I know they're not just special to you know Jungkook. Other members of the group see something special in them too." Namjoon reminded him, looking over to the group getting ready to wave off Jungkook, Verity and Millie.

"Jungkook, come on!" Millie shouts excitedly as she opens the door of the passenger side to climb in.

Yoongi noticed Verity had joined the group, he started shuffling his way over there fiddling with his hands in his pockets.

Noticing everyone was involved in another discussion Yoongi walks closer to verity wanting to speak to her quietly.

"Hey" Yoongi pauses looking down

Verity only looking up at Yoongi as a response with wide eyes. The feeling of Yoongi making an effort to talk to her was shocking. Why are many un-thinkable things happening today she questioned?

"er... I just wanted to say have a safe journey and be careful." Yoongi spoke up looking at the others in the distance, not wanting to make eye contact with verity, being too shy to confront her fully.

Until his eyes landed on someone he couldn't take off. "Please keep Millie safe for me, inform me immediately if something happens to her, I know she is the type of person to keep things to her self to not trouble others."

Yoongis eyes are now finally on verity, waiting for agreement. He is slightly surprised but doesn't show any fase when he notices the hint of a smile Verity's face.

Verity finally nods in agreement "I will keep my dongsaeng safe, and will be on the phone if anything is wrong,.... thank you"

Yoongi nods and immediately walks off to the group.

Both Yoongi and Verity are wondering if this is the changing point of there acquaintances, should the try harder to get on for millie's sake?

The three all get into the car after each said their last goodbyes. Jungkook at the steering wheel, Millie next to him on maps and Verity in the middle at the back connecting her phone to the Bluetooth speakers ready to play some bops.

Jungkook honks the horn as a fair well as the girls wave out the windows to the others as they drive off.

"You turn left here and then a right" Millie said looking up from the map to the road.

Jungkook nodded with acknowledgement, turning at the junction ahead.

Jungkook looked into the review mirror wondering when the next song was going to start as it had faded to a stop. Seeing Verity staring off into the distance with a blush coating her cheeks and a slight smile showing.

"What are you thinking about Verity?" Jungkook questioned before turning his eyes back on to the road.

"Mmmm?"

"What's making you blush and coy?" Jungkook asked holding back a smile, beginning to have an idea why Verity is blushing even more.

"Mmmm nothing" verity shakes her head putting her attention back onto her phone

Jungkook and Millie give each other a knowing look.

"I bet eonnie is thinking about a certain someone who's name begins with a J and ends in a n. Who can sing like an angel and in fact has wings like an angel!" Millie exaggerates to Jungkook, teasing their friend in the back.
