There's a cool breeze fanning Quinn's face every now and then that provides a relief from the humid night. She watches her golf ball roll across the green carpeted flooring and barely miss the hole, this makes her sigh.
David brushes past her with a smirk, "You never told me how much you suck at this."
Quinn's eyes narrow at the teasing comment, "You never told me how cocky you get."
His shoulders shrug, his lips still holding that infuriating smirk. "I play to win." Stepping aside, David lets Quinn take another shot at making the ball in the hole. "Since we're talking about winning, I won our bet."
Quinn raises her eyebrow in response, hitting her ball with her pink golf club and watches it disappear into the hole with satisfaction.
"You wore black." He prompts while they walk to the next hole, reminding her of the other night at their encounter.
She rolls her eyes but let's her lips curl into a smile. "David, really?"
The rings on his fingers glisten as he holds his hands up in defense. "A bet's a bet."
"What are your terms?" She asks, standing to the side as David readied himself to take a shot.
She sees his tongue peek out from between his lips, his eyes trained on the distance and hole. She waits with a bated breath and purses her lips as the ball drops down perfectly. David smiles widely to Quinn who raises the finger to him. He bites his lip to contain his chuckles and swats at her playfully with his blue club.
"My terms are... you have to tell me what happened that night we first met."
"Interesting." She slows to a stop on a bridge with water running underneath, fish of different colors swimming throughout the large pond. "I was with a client that night and he noticed the card I stole as I was leaving and he sent those guys after me to get it back."
"Why did you take it?"
Crossing her arms over the railing, Quinn rests her chin on top. "Some of my clients would rather not pay me for my services if I don't comply with... ALL of their advances so I take what I need."
He's quiet after this. The silence making her glance over at his blank face. "You know I wouldn't take anything from you, right?"
His eyebrows rise up quickly with a nod of his head. "Yeah of course. If anything you're basically my sugar mama."
Bubbly laughter fills his ears, his smile confident at the sound. "I'm only a year older David."
He bumps his shoulder into hers gently, "Old enough for me."
"Oh, that's right." Quinn shakes from laughter, turning more towards him with a glint in her eyes. "I forget about your fetish for older women."
David scoffs. "It's not a fetish. Older women just happen to take to me more." He runs a hand through his messy hair but it just makes Quinn laugh more.
"You must think you're hot shit."
He leans closer, his grin infectious, and his eyes a darker shade the closer she is. "Hey, I know I'm hot shit." This only made her roll her eyes but he didn't step down. His smile was a lazy one as he gazed down at her in a way that had her glued to her spot. His eyes trailed down to her lips, licking his own, the action warming her cheeks; something he didn't fail to notice. "I rest my case." He whispered with a cocky grin before stepping past her.
Quinn squeezed her eyes shut as the embarrassment took over her. "That little shit." Turning to follow, she sees him turn to call over.
"Come on! We got one more hole for me to win!"

Mixing her m&m's into her ice-cream, Quinn is careful not to let any spill over her bowl and onto David's car while he parked. "So what were you doing at that club anyway?"
David shrugs and adjust his seat so he can eat comfortably. "I think he wanted some media attention so I would get paid to feature his club into one of my videos or Instagram and Snapchat."
"Did you take it?"
David scoops a spoonful of ice-cream into his mouth with a nod. "Yeah, the deal was pretty decent. I'll probably be going there next week or something, did you want to come? You can meet some of my friends."
"Oh sure. Should I dress a certain way?"
He laughs and shakes his head. "No, it's okay. My friends aren't the flashy type."
Quinn nods and chews on her candies. "That's good. I figured with your type of lifestyle you would have friends like that."
"I mean some of them are like that. Like the Instagram models you see? I probably know them but that's just how they are, they aren't rude about it."
She hums in response and turns more in her seat to see him better. "What's it like being friends with all these famous people?"
"Wait." David turns to face her with a questioning look. "Now that I know what you do, you've never meet anyone famous through that? Or had a client that was famous?"
Quinn shakes her head and swirls her spoon around the slowly melting dessert. "No, most of my clients are unknown. They make good money, enough money to throw around but they aren't in that type of business so I don't rub elbows with the famous."
"Well I don't get to see them everyday but getting invited to their parties and being on their PR list is definitely something I still am mind blown over."
"I bet." Finishing off the rest of her ice-cream, Quinn sets aside her trash and starts to inspect his dashboard at the nod of his head.
Clicking through all the different controls and mods, Quinn's facial expression remains amazed much to David's amusement. "Do you even use all of these?"
"No but who knows? I might one day." David stacks his cup on top of hers and goes back to watching her click through different buttons on the control screen.
Slow music starts to play as a fire shows up on the screen, David laughs. Quinn turns to him with raised eyebrows, "There's a mode for this?" She places her hand near the screen. "I can even feel the heat coming through."
"Yeah, its to get the mood going."
"Have you used this?"
David giggles and shakes his head, "No, I've only shown people."
Quinn sits back in her seat and watches the fire crackle before turning to him. "I can see this working, especially during cold nights."
"That's around the time they added the feature."
She looks up to him through her lashes, holding his stare with her own and reaches out to him, the action making him freeze in his seat. She's leaning across the seat with her hand brushing the side of his face that makes him inch towards her but stops at the tug of his hair. Quinn shows him the piece of fuzz she took out of his hair.
"You had something in your hair, it was bothering me. Also I saw that, that's payback for earlier."
David turns away, laughing and red in the face from the intimate moment before turning back to the steering wheel. "Yeah, expect that to be your last ride for awhile."
"Yeah, whatever you say David."
