"So what's on the agenda?" Quinn asked as she strapped herself in David's Tesla.
"Nothing actually. I got all that I needed today." David patted the camera that sat in his lap.
"Well what have you been up to since the last I saw you?"
His eyes widened as he sucked in air through his teeth, "For that we would have to sit and eat."
She quirked up an eyebrow at his response, "You did that much?"
"Hey like you said I'm a busy guy." David chuckled when Quinn rolled her eyes.
"Well I know this place that serves really good pasta."
"Better than Olive Garden?"
"Even better."

Quinn stared down at the photo in amazement, blinking back up at David who was biting his lip from smiling too much. "Fuck. Congratulations." She whispered in awe before handing his phone back to him.
"It's literally a dream come true, it's fucking crazy." He showed her more pictures of his Kid's Choice Award night.
"This is such a funny way to let me know you're friends with Josh Peck." She said with a smile, unwrapping her silverware.
"Oh did I forget to mention that?" David joked.
Quinn rolled her eyes with a grin, "Well besides from winning a Kid's Choice Award, what else is new?"
David shoved a fork full of pasta in his mouth as his eyes went to the ceiling in thought. "Hmm." The corner of his lips turned up, "Guess who I'm meeting tomorrow? He's a singer."
"Shawn Mendes?"
"No but I do know him."
Quinn's eyes widened as she mouthed 'what?' much to David's amusement. "I'm starting to think you're just saying this to get a reaction out of me."
"Kind of." He said through a mouth full of pasta and giggles.
"Who are you meeting?"
David waited a beat for added dramatic effect before announcing his meeting with Charlie Puth, the name making Quinn's jaw drop. Her hands covered her mouth in shock, staring at David's delighted face. Quinn leaned on her elbows towards David, dropping her voice lowly. "Who did you sacrifice to be meeting this many celebrities?"
David leaned in with a twinkle in his eyes, "Can't tell you. It would be a breech in contract."
"Name your price. Maybe I could conjure up some money." A sly smile played on her lips that made David feel giddy.
"Something tells me you don't have that type of money."
"I beg to differ."
His laugh made his shoulders shake while Quinn sat back and watched his laughter die down after a moment. "How's your pasta?"
It's now Quinn's turn for a chuckle, her eyes creasing at his awkward form of conversation. "Still just as good. What about yours?"
"It's actually really good. Definitely better than Olive Garden."
"Bread sticks are better to."
"Are you one of the people that think the bread sticks are too salty?"
"Yeah? Pretty sure when the bread sticks come out they just-" Quinn mimed pouring salt exaggeratedly over her plate.
David covered his mouth shielding any food that may come flying out as he laughed. Their dinner is filled with shakes of laughter as they tried to eat their respective plate of food but ended up taking it to go. The food becoming colder the longer they sat in David's car talking to one another in Quinn's parking lot, the conversation taking all different directions.
