Your life may be hell

There are people here,
who sit there in silence.
 They always disappear,
never there to say a single sentence.

One of those people may be me.
One of those people may be you.
Do you think your free?
Or do you think your always looking blue?

There are people who say:
“I can’t do this anymore!”
When the sky is looking grey,
and they closing their door.

We do the same things everyday.
Constant monotonous tasks,
on and on almost forever till the end of the day,
and the smiles are only masks.

Masks that when uncovered,
show the dangers of the teenage mind
that have never been discovered.
These minds won’t be kind.

Then those people I mentioned before,
they will feel the same.
They sit there with their ear to the floor,
only to be inflamed

We hear each other say:
“Oh I don’t want to be alive”
Who’s the one just joking today.
Who’s the one with no drive.

Why do we do this?
For so long we just sit there and watch.
Why do we just lay in our own bliss?
While some drown in a bottle of scotch.

I am there too.
My days do feel monotonous.
I’m just like you.
Nothing, but a negative feeling in our own self-confidence.
Negative feelings that feel so true.

Why sit down?
When you can rise.
Why keep a frown?
When you can feel alive.

When you can hold your head up high,
and say that you will change today
with that shine in your eye.
Just so you can clear that grey away.

Your life may be hell,
but you could make it extraordinary
Life isn’t a prison cell.
Life isn’t that scary.

You world may be hell
But you can make it your heaven
Make a small change and you can tell,
life isn’t always a depression,
and there is no such thing as hell.
