"You said you felt rage towards Renjun. What did you want to do?"

"I wanted to crush his existence." There was a pause,

"And that's what I did."

It was a typical Friday night or at least what my Friday nights had turned into. They were reduced to nothing more than crowded clubs, alcoholic drinks, and fake IDs. This is what every teenager does, right?

I was sitting at the bar, downing the last of my coke when Renjun stumbles over to me, his arm slung around a small green haired boy.

"Hey Sungie," Renjun slurs, eyes halfway closed.

"Hey Jun," I respond politely. If I wanted to blend in, I had to act like I liked Renjun a little even if deep down my heart burned with hatred.

"I wanted to introduce you to my cousin, Chenle," he says gesturing to the green haired male. Chenle smiles at him softly and waves. I return the gesture.

"He'll be studying at school with us and I wanted him to have a friend close to his age," he finishes with a wink. I could tell his wink was alluding to something else. He was trying to set me up with his cousin.

I nod at Renjun's explanation, not really paying attention to the words though. You're doing this for Jaemin, Ji. Hang in there.

At the thought of his name, Jaemin walks over. He was obviously much more sober than the shorter. My stomach flips when he puts his arm around Renjun's waist, staring into his eyes.

Jaemin and I had reconnected last week. He said he needed to stop being foolish since it'd been three weeks but he wasn't willing to break up with Renjun.

"I think we should leave the kids here," Jaemin says. I assume it was supposed to be discrete but you couldn't be quiet in a club.

They don't say anything else before disappearing into the crowd, leaving me with Chenle. I stare after the couple. That should be me.

"Hello Jisung," Chenle says, taking a seat next to me.

"Look, I know the others want us to be friends or hook up buddies but I'm not into you,"
I says honestly, not even looking at the boy. This causes me to miss the slight disappointment that washes over Chenle's face.

"It's okay. I'm not that into dancers anyway," Chenle responds shallowly. There was a tug at my heart. Was I not good enough for anybody?

The night passes slowly and maybe Chenle wasn't that bad after all. I even found myself laughing at a few of his jokes.

When it nears two o'clock I excuse myself from the older.

"But you're my ride home. Jaemin said you would," Chenle says confused.

"Looks like you'll have to find another ride."

I turn around and make my way into the dance floor. I find Renjun sitting by himself on the side. He was breathing heavy so he must have just left the floor.

"Hey Renjun, I'm driving you home tonight." A put on a fake smile to seem genuine.

"But I thought Jaemin was driving me."

"He said he had to drive Chenle home and that I'm the one to drive you home," I explain as best I could. It was difficult to communicate with a drunk person.

"Ok, let me just text Jaemin," he says, grabbing his phone. I yank it out of his hand before he could send the text.

"Hey! What was that for," he asks annoyed.

"Renjun, you're drunk, you don't know what you're saying. Let me text him, it'll be safer," I reassure. He just nods and turns his gaze back to the dance floor.

I quickly text, 'Hey, can you drive Chenle home? I'm riding with Jisung.' He texts back an 'ok' almost instantly. He was probably too drunk to comprehend the situation.

"Let's get you home Renjun. You smell like straight alcohol and you're gonna have a massive hangover tomorrow," I suggest. He willingly complies and we walk out of the side entrance, quickly walking to my car.

"Why'd you park your car in the alley Jisungie," Renjun asks innocently.

I look around, making sure no one was near, before shoving Renjun's head into the car harshly. He collapses to the ground and I haul him into the car, quickly restraining him and covering his eyes. I speed away from the club as fast as I can.

Twenty minutes pass before the quiet is disturbed.

"Where am I? Why can't I see?" Renjun begins to panic at his loss of sight. I remain quiet. I can't blow my cover yet. There was an eerie kind of silence in the car.

"W-Where are you taking me," Renjun speaks up again. I smirk at his scared tone of voice. That's what you deserve.

I park the car out of the hideout. I get out and force Renjun out of the car.

"Please don't hurt me," he squeals as I hold on to his arm tightly. A chuckle comes from my throat.

We step into the old house. It was dusty and decaying but it was the perfect hideout. I throw Renjun into the cell, taking the bag off of his head in the process. He stumbles to the ground and I take my seat in a rickety old chair.

Renjun quickly comes to his feet, looking around for his captor. His eyes widen when he spots me.

"J-Jisung, what are you doing!"

"What do you mean?"

"Why are you doing this? Is this a joke? A prank? Did Jaemin put you up to this?"

This causes a laugh to erupt from me.

"You really are stupid, aren't you," I ask once I'm calm. The older lifts an eyebrow at me.

"Renjun, you should have stayed in China where you belong and you shouldn't have crossed paths with Jaemin."

"W-Why?"

I stand up and make my way towards the bars.

"Because he's mine and you  just had to go and ruin the fantasy. It's okay though, with you out of the picture, Jaemin and I will finally have our happily ever after," I explain, a soft smile spreads across my lips at the last few words.

"This isn't funny Jisung," Renjun says under his breath. I could see his hands shaking. He was scared.

"You deserve to be scared. You deserve everything that's going to come to you," I say coldly.

I take a step back, admiring the small scared boy with a satisfied smile.

"Goodnight Renjun. I'll see you in a few days."

I turn away from him and begin walking towards the door.

"Wait," he calls. I stop and slowly turn back around .

"What happens now? What are you going to do?"

"You're existence will be erased. The world will no longer know of Huang Renjun. He will just the boy went missing on his way home from a party. You are nothing but a mere memory now." Hatred filled my tone and body. I turn back around and step out of the building.

In the car, I bruise myself up, for I was the only one who got away to tell the story of Huang Renjun.
