Fall into the flood

Arival

"Sir the Frigate should arrive within the hour." A marine said saluting to the Captain.

"Good now tell the ODSTs that we will need some people to blast our way over to the shipyard for evac." The captain ordered as he got up from his chair carrying a data pad.

"Yes sir!" The marine said as he left the room.

--With the team--

The Marine from early ran up to them and then stopped to catch his breath.

"The captain wants you all to be ready to make our way to the shipyard for evac." He said gasping for air.

"Got it just make sure everyone is ready to leave." Greg said as he grabbed an assault rifle that was leaning against the wall.

"Yes sir." the marine said as he ran off again.

"So are you sure that what you heard is true?" Greg asked Andrea as he loaded the rifle.

"Yeah, every word. Not to mention that I didn't even recognize the AI he had with him." Andrea explained to them while grabbing a battle rifle.

"And what does that mean?" Arthur asked, wondering how that could be a problem.

"Well it means that either the UNSC didn't make it, or they had it decommissioned for rampancy." Andrea finished explaining while the team finished gathering weapons.

"So that's bad right?" Mitch said.

"Yes that's bad, but we can't do anything right now so we will wait and then tell the Captain of the frigate that is coming." Andrea said as they exited the room they were in and into the hallway.

--Back in the command center--

"Sir the ODSTs know about the project." Corvus said appearing to the right of the Captain.

"Hmmm, make sure that they die while clearing a path to the shipyard." Myres ordered as he waved off the AI.

--Back with the team--

"Ok team time to go." Andrea said raising her riffle to the entrance of control tower.

The doors opened and the team ran out into the courtyard ready to fight.
