"WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU?"

Harry yelled as soon as he heard Carol's footsteps on his corridor. It was almost 6 o'clock in the evening and she was arriving now. Carol simply closed her eyes and had a "can't believe I got caught" expression.

"Hey..." she said looking at him and putting away her coat. She was wearing the same dress as yesterday and was barefoot. "I was at Maluma's hotel."

"WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL?" he was angry with her. "I WAS WORRIED SICK ABOUT YOU, CAROLINA. BILL IS ACTUALLY SEARCHING THE CITY LOOKING FOR YOU."

"OK... I know I shouldn't have left without letting you know where I was. But there's no need to yell. I'm right in from of you." she said crossing her arms.

"You should let me know where were you, you should've called and you sure as hell shouldn't be getting here by 6 o'clock." he looked at her.

"I know, Harry. I'm sorry. I should've told someone. But to be honest I never thought about calling." she went to the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water.

"Did someone see you arriving?" he asked.

"You mean if I saw any paparazzi outside?" she looked at him and he nodded. "No, I didn't. But they wouldn't be paparazzi if they were easy to find when they're looking for a photo that'll cause a scandal, would they?"

"This is not a joke, Carolina." Harry said.

"I know... I'm sorry. But I can't really do this right now. I barely slept last night and being all concerned and angry doesn't really fit you." she said.

"Well, next time then you should get home with your host or at least let him know you're out with someone else."

"Noted, mum." Carol said and pinched Harry's cheeks. "You're so grumpy today and it's only the first day of the year."

He rolled his eyes.

"I'm going to take a nap, ok? Wake me up in two hours and I'll cook you dinner to make up for my behavior."

"But first take a shower." Harry said "His perfume is all over you and I really don't like the smell of it."

"Are you jealous, Henry?" she joked.

"No, I'm not. Carolina." Harry walked past her and opened a beer.

She looked around to see a peaceful environment and said.

"Where's Meghan?"

"I dropped her off at the airport an hour ago." he answered after drinking the first sip.

"So it's just the two of us then?"

"Yes, of course."

"That's great.", she did a small victory dance.

"Don't be a bitch!" he laughed.

"Haven't you heard? I'm the craziest bitch around here." she said and all that Harry heard was Carol's laughter after she left the kitchen.

(...)

Carol was back in the living room three hours later wearing sweatpants and a shirt. Harry was playing video games and she sat beside him yawning.

"You know, night time was made to sleep." he said while pressing the buttons. "You should try it."

"Don't be an ass, Henry." she pushed him a bit. "I had a very good night."

"Please, don't share the details. I don't want to have that image in my brain." he said laughing.

"So, you're going to play videogames all night?" she said looking bored and he stopped playing.
