Author Note: I would like to thank you all for your overwhelming support during my father's hospital stay and consequently my absence in posting. I can gladly say that he was released from the hospital last Wednesday and we're now adapting to our new normal and understanding how best we can help him to become more independent now that he has two colostomy bags on his abdomen and knowing we have a third surgery in six months.
Although I'm tired and stressed - I spent the 48 days of his hospital stay, 40 of which was in the ICU, living at my dear and beloved cousin's house at the countryside to be closer to him -, my heart has so much happiness and gratefulness to Jesus that worked the miracle and found him worthy of a second chance to a happy and fulfilled life.
So without further ado, let's dive in our favourite couple's story.
Xoxo,
Andreza.

Harry had invited Carol over to his office at St. James' Palace. He had to actually convince her to go with him because ever since she moved to London, she was kind of avoiding going to Royal Places with him.
She had visited a couple of sites here and there, but with the exception of Kensington Palace, obviously, she'd rather go to these places by herself. She always felt that she'd be discovered if she went with him. But Harry had his way and they arrived early in the morning, leaving their phones inside his car.
What they didn't know, while they were working, was that in that same morning a few pictures of them at the Quermesse in Brazil had been sold to the press. They were spread like wildfire around the world and the newspapers were trying to find out who this brunette was. The picture was very clear and nice one of them. Carol's back showed for she was sitting in Harry's lap and his arm was snaked around her waist. Lara and Skippy were showing on it, just like Hailey and the boy she was talking to. There were three photos of them and none showed Carol's face.
He gave her a tour of the Palace and told her stories about it, her curious mind asking millions of questions. Once he had told her everything he knew, he then led her to his office. They ordered McDonald's for lunch and ate while he read the pre-approved questions he was going to be asked in the next days. She was listening carefully and already thinking about the answers she would advise him to give if he asked her opinion.
"I think you shouldn't say this." Carol was looking at him a bit unsure of how to approach the subject.
"It's the truth..." Harry answered after a while with a shrug.
"Well... but they don't need to know it. It's weird if you state that no one wants the throne. Because that might lead people to think that if someone who was born in this institution, born and raised to inherit it, doesn't want to be part of it, what's then the point of the monarchy?" She said sitting on his desk looking at him and swinging her legs while he scribbled notes around the questions.
"Well... I haven't thought about it." He had brought her over to his office at St. James's palace just to hang out with her, and there she was making him think better about the answers he was going to give. She was pretty much saving his ass. Harry had one of his hands on Carol's knee and while he wrote his answers under the questions.
"Well, Harry... you should know that Britain's still very much supporting the monarchy. Even in difficult times around the world. The people want the sense of duty and stay and strength your grandmother have given them over the years. If you state that no one really wants the crown, they're about to doubt everything they have believed in for the past years. You don't want to put that thought in their heads at this point. Do you?" she said and caressed his messy hair and smiled.
