Third Person's P.O.V. :

Dipper woke up refreshed, ready to begin a new day. Getting ready in his usual attire, Dipper was about to grab his hat, when he decided against it, claiming that it was only because he wasn't in the mood to wear it. He sauntered down the stairs to where his family awaited, with a prepared breakfast sitting temptingly on the table. The smell of bacon and eggs wafted around Dipper teasingly as he made his way to the dining table.

Dipper was famished, yet he savored his food like it would be the last meal he would ever consume in his life. His taste buds exploded in the salty, crisp goodness of the bacon and the warm, runny yolk of the egg. Accompanied by a piece of toast, smothered in butter, and freshly squeezed orange juice, the meal was absolutely heavenly. A perfect start to what would soon be a perfect day.

After breakfast, Dipper took a walk in the woods, as it was such a lovely day outside; A nice crisp, cold air, but not chilly enough for more than a light sweater. Taking in his surroundings, Dipper watched gleefully as two squirrels jumped from branch to branch in a large pine tree. Avoiding his usual route, Dipper instead decided to veer more towards the left, exploring an entirely new scenery.

Dipper discovered a little patch of a meadow, full of vibrant flowers, deer, and butterflies galore. He walked to about the center of the field - A flat spot about the size of his bedroom floor - and laid down, breathing in the fresh scent of the vegetation that grew all around him.

"Hey there, Pine Tree." Bill whispered right into his ear, causing Dipper to jump. Sitting up, Dipper looked over his shoulder to see Bill squatting and laughing. After a few seconds, Dipper's mind processed the situation and he calmed himself down.

"Bill! That wasn't funny!" Dipper whined, reminding Bill of a toddler. Bill played along and pouted.

"I'm swowwy, Pine Twee!" Bill said in a child-like tone, kicking the grass.

"U-umm. It's okay, Bill. Just... Don't sneak up on me, okay?" Dipper asked, nervously. Bill's eyes lit up, nodding frantically.

"You got it, dude!" He said with a closed eye smile, giving Dipper a thumbs up. "So, what were you doing out here anyways?"

Dipper shrugged, laying back down.

"I don't know, I just wanted to go on a walk and I landed up here." Bill nodded, laying next to him.

"I see you didn't wear your hat today" Bill said, cockily. Dipper didn't even need to see his face to know that Bill was smirking.

"Don't flatter yourself, I just wasn't in the mood to put it on." Dipper retorted, crossing his arms. Bill just scoffed, jokingly, before adding a small chuckle. There they sat in a comfortable silence, which Dipper secretly wished would last forever. "Can I ask you a question?"

Dipper turned his head to look at Bill.

"Go ahead, Pine Tree." Bill replied, also turning his head. Dipper gulped at the distance between the two, before stuttering out his question.

"A-are.. Are we.. Friends?" Dipper barely managed to get out his question, way to focused on the vicinity of their faces. Bill shot Dipper a confused glance before following it with a warm smile.

"Of course we are!" Bill responded cheerfully. Dipper looked visibly less tense. "Though... " Bill scooted in closer, before whispering seductively. "..I'd love to be something more."

And there was the tenseness. Again. Dipper processed that sentence a lot faster than the beginning of their current encounter and immediately bolted to stand up with a face a shade so red, that it could easily be mistaken for a tomato.

"OKAY! WOULD YOU LOOK AT THE TIME! I HAVE TO GO!!!" Dipper belted, looking at his invisible wrist watch. Bill sat up, leaning on his elbows, enjoying the unraveling of Dipper. As Dipper was about to run away, Bill grabbed his arm and pulled, landing him directly on top of Bill. He held his arms securely around Dipper's waist, trapping him.

"I'll say it more directly this time." Bill whispered into Dipper's ear. "Will you be mine?"

Dipper cranked his head up to look at Bill in the eye, shock covering every centimeter of his features. Relaxing a bit, Dipper snuggled into Bill's chest, mumbling a quiet 'Okay'. Bill moved his hands to wrap around the small of Dipper's back, making himself comfortable as well. Dipper slowly drifted off to sleep with Bill running one of his hands through Dipper's hair, glad that he didn't bring his hat.

Bill couldn't go to sleep because his mind was overrun with the same thought: 'All for the plan', 'All for the plan', 'All for the plan'. Bill looked back down at the now sleeping Dipper, a smile made its way onto his face. Bill held Dipper a little tighter, squeezing him even further against himself, soon joining Dipper in sleeping.
