Bill's P.O.V. :

After our touching moment, I was about to leave, but the Pines family insisted that I stayed the night. I slept in Mabel and Dipper's room, Mabel insisting that she would sleep on the couch as to "not disturb" us. I slept on Mabel's bed, Dipper being too nervous to sleep next to me. Makes sense, I can respect physical boundaries. Mental, however, is a different story.

When Dipper fell asleep, I entered his mind and searched through his memories, determined to find any useful information to complete my plan. I have quite a bit of history with one Stanford Pines. I don't think the Stanford Pines I met a few hours ago is him. He barely recognizes me and trust me when I say he would definitely remember me. I made a... Lasting impression. Considering Dipper is related to Sixer, I'm hoping that at some point or another, he shared some useful information with Pine Tree.

As I entered Dipper's mind, I came face-to-face with a seemingly never ending assortment of doors. Each door contained different moments of Dipper's life. As much as I would love to snoop through some of his more recent doors, I needed to go back in time. To where Dipper met Sixer.

I flew through all the doors, until one in particular caught my eye. I was near the beginning of his memory, some more fragile and forgotten territory. One wrong move and the door could be erased forever kind of fragile. The door was black with a single yellow triangle on it. Curious, I slowly opened the door, a harsh squeal erupting from it in the process.

I peaked inside and saw an infant Dipper, next to him was Sixer, and a big triangular machine that I knew all to well. He was explaining to Dipper the dangers of the machine and the rift that kept them all from their inevitable fate. I watched as Sixer carefully took the rift upstairs in one arm, with Dipper in the other.

He took Dipper outside and into the meadow where I made Dipper mine. He made his way to a fairly deep hole and placed the rift inside, then covering it with the dirt he had originally taken from it. Sixer set Dipper down onto the grass and got onto his knees, telling Dipper that he should never let me deceive him as I once did to him. Ha! To late for that, Fordsie!

I exited the memory, slamming the door in the process, making sure Dipper could never go back to recall the memory. As I was flying to the exit, I noticed a recent door. It was golden, with pink hearts littering the surface. Curiosity got the best of me as I opened the door, shocked to see our first kiss behind it. I shook my head and closed the door, before exiting his mind.

I woke up, a sinister smile claiming my face. As I got rid of the smile, I noticed a heavy tapping on the window. I peered out the window and sure enough, it was pouring down rain. Sitting up, I noted the still sleeping Dipper laying comfortably in his bed. I took that was an opportunity to set my plan in motion.

I carefully got out of bed and crept my way down the stairs. When I reached halfway I realized that I have magic powers and could teleport. I mentally face palmed and teleported to the meadow. A flash back of all my previous memories here came to mind. I blamed it on these horrendous human emotions and went straight to the ground, digging it up. The rain made the ground a lot more moist, so it was fairly easy to dig up.

I brushed my soggy hair out of my face. It stuck to my forehead like glue, making it nearly impossible to see anything clearly. It didn't help that it was almost pitch black outside. After a little while of digging with my bare hands, my human form grew tired. My fingernails were now embedded with dirt and I couldn't differentiate sweat from rain. I stayed determined and eventually, I came across what I had been searching for. The rift.

I reached out a shaky hand to touch it. Brushing the dirt off of it with my thumb, I stared at it in all it's glory. The one thing separating me from ruling this dimension. The thing I've waited so long to get my hands on. It's mine. It's finally mine!!! I picked it up, falling to my knees. I cried tears of joy that were washed away by the ever flowing downpour.

Holding the rift close to my chest, I hugged it, silently whispering "Mine" over and over again. This was almost to good to be true. As the rain hit my back, I tilted my head up, indulging in the chilling droplets that scattered across my face. The day one billion years prophesied will finally come to pass. The start of a new era. I let out a small smirk. Game over, Sixer. Check. Mate.

(A/N: Sorry this was late, I went camping for a bit. I feel like I should explain the title, but I think it makes sense, especially because of the last few sentences. Okay, that's all I have to say. Byeee)
