3~ You Can Now Begin!

     The room was packed with power hungry genin. You could almost sense the bloodlust in the air. It was almost terrifying, so many people packed in this small room all eyeing people down and viewing them as prey, or obstacles to pass on their way to ranking up in ninja society. Not a sense of care for one another. You'd almost think you were in a room filled with rogue ninja, criminals perhaps.

Speaking of, i wonder how many people in this room will turn out to be criminals? It's always a frightening thought to think of. Friends, comrades, and family alike growing up to be criminals. The shinobi world definitely has it's flaws.

"Well, I may be having to defeat a lot of then in battle, but there sure are a lot of hot girl's in this exam." Mando says, his eyes seemingly hooked onto an older sand genin with four ponytail-pigtail things. She has a big fan on her back and scowl on her face.

Just then, i saw a boy with a pineapple for hair, boredly looking around, before matching his gaze with mine, where he raised his eyebrows just a bit at my excessively smiling face. I turned to my teammates, who were arguing about whether it was okay to call the enemy 'hot'. Weirdos.

"I found someone to harass, bye!" I said before making my way towards the pineapple boy, leaving my teammates to sweat-drop.

Walking up to the boy, i pat his head. His lazy eyes opened slowly to see me and all my amazing-ness. "Hello, I'm Rielri."

"Hi?" He stated, it sounding more like a question.

"What's your name?"

"Shikamaru. What do you want?" The boy, Shikamaru, said.

"Shikamaru." I said with a nod, completely ignoring his question. "We're friends now."

"What a drag." He says with an eye-roll.

"Maybe i'll call you pineapple, cause your hair looks like a pineapple."

"I-"

"Bye!" I waved before walking off to once again join my teammates. I didn't make it very far before i ran into a guy with a dog on his head. So cute! Uh.. the dog, not the boy. Well, i mean, the boy could be c-

Nevermind.

"Sorry!" I squeaked out, trying to escape my awkward thoughts. "Nice head... I mean, dog on head.. Yeah."

The boy busted out laughing at my awkward self. Oh no. After a while he stopped, smiling to where his sharp canines are still shown. "Yeah, his name is Akamaru. You got a nice head too."

"Akamaru, that's so cute!" I blushed.

" Heh, I'll let you pet him later, but right now i have to go and see some old friends. Bye." He said ruffling my hair as he and his really quite teammates walk away. Oh wait, i never got his name.

Boys are so stupid.

I reached my teammates who were both creepily smirking at me.

"So, Riri-chan" Mando started, a smug tone. "Not one but two guys, huh?"

"W-what?" I said, eyes wide and cheeks red.

"You can't go around flirting with the enemy! Save it for after the chunin exams!" Kando warned, fake glaring at me.

"Oh shut up, both of you!" I warned, narrowing my eyes at them.

Suddenly, there was some blonde kid yelling about some stupid stuff.

"That kids gonna get himself killed." Kando said, shaking his head at the poor boy.

We watched as a male with longish silver hair came up the group, i noticed that within that group was pineapple and dog boy, and the the Uchiha from before. They were talking, but i couldn't quite pick up on what they were saying. All i saw was what seemed to be a deck of cards.

Then, blonde kid started yelling again, this time it was directed to the other genin, us included.

"Yeah, definitely gonna get himself killed." I stated to my teammates.

The pink headed girl started scolding the blonde boy, apologizing for his mistakes. Heh, like that'll help.

A sound ninja started to attack the silver haired dude, throwing kunai at him. He got away just in time, the kunai hitting the wall. The sound ninja aimed a fierce punch towards the boy, him dodging just in time. This didn't seem to work out for him, as it seemed that he got hit anyways as he collapsed onto the ground in pain.

Huh? But... he dodged? I looked at the sound ninja in confusion, wondering just how the attack hit him.

Cutting my thoughts off, a big white, loud, puff of smoke came from the front of the room, causing everyone to turn towards the front to see it.

"Alright you baby face degenerates, pipe down and listen up." The smoke cleared, revealing a tall man with a bunch of scars on his face. Behind him a load of ninja. "It's time to begin. I am Ibiki Morino, your proctor, and from this moment your worst enemy."

Author's Note:

I'm sorry for any things i got wrong, I'm trying to watch the scene, remember what happened and then put it into words. I'm using the dub Naruto version, cause it's easier for me. Also, sorry if any of the characters are OOC (out of character). Imma try my best to match their personalities, but it won't be easy, and there's probably gonna be times where they say things that don't exactly make sense for their character.

Criticism always encouraged! I wanna grow, not stay the same lousy writer I am currently!
