8~ Er, it's an Ambush!

"Ri, it's switch time." I opened my eyes and found Mando leaning over me. "it's my turn to sleep."

"Alright." I stood up from where i lay on a tree branch to let Mando sleep. I walked over to Kando, jumping over to the tree branch he sat on. "Hey, how are you hanging?"

Kando looks up at me, his right leg bent and propped up against the trunk of the tree. "To be honest, I don't think I'd be able to sleep. Too anxious."

Just as Kando and Mando were about to switch, a kunai was thrown our way, which we quickly dodged, jumping out of the tree we were camping in.

As I reached the ground, I was tackled to the ground, a kunai against my throat. The person restraining my arms and legs with their own. His right elbow on my hand, as his hand occupies the kunai against my throat. Above me was a guy with very dark purple hair. He had sharp features that reminded me of Kando.

"Who has your scroll?" He said, as he smirked down at me. "Make it easy and tell me."

I tried to push his right elbow off of my left hand, but it proved useless as he just pushed my arm in harder. I seethed up at him, annoyed.

"I told you to tell me, I won't hurt you if you make this easy." He growled down at me. "Where is your scroll? What scroll do you have?"

I strained my head to turn to my left and seen that both Kando and Mando were under the same situation, being restrained by two others.

Kando caught my eye and winked, before he turned back to the girl who was restraining him. The guy on top of me growled again, pushing the kunai further into my neck drawing blood. I grunted in pain as i felt the blood start to drip down my neck.

"Do i have to make you hurt, boo?" He said, fake frowning down at me. "I don't want to do that."

"Fine, my teammate has it, the one with the white hair." I told him. He looks over at them, as his eyes narrow. He pushes my arms further into the ground as he glares down at me.

"Is this some kind of joke?" He growls out. "They both have white hair."

"The one with the blue eyes, that your blue haired teammate has." I say, purposely leading him to believe Kando has our scroll. He softened his hold on me, as he turns his head to his teammates.

"Akio, you have it." He says to his blue haired teammate, Akio.

"Got it." Akio says, letting go of one of Kando's arms to search his weapon pouches. He takes this opportunity to push the girls head, forcing her off of him and to the side. He quickly grabs the kunai from her, and pins her on to the ground, stabbing her left hand, keeping her pinned to the ground while letting Kando use his right hand freely.

"You guys don't think much, do you?" Kando says, teasingly. He looks down at the Akio girl beneath him, who has tears streaming down her face, her eyes closed tightly. "I'm sorry, that was a little harsh."

"Kando, don't apologize to the enemy." Mando shouts before the girl on top of him sticks her long nails into his wrist, causing him to whimper.

"Don't think just because you have Akio that you have the upper hand." The guy says. He let's go of my arms, straddling me. "Let's try and start over."

He fully gets off of me, and stands up, "My younger sister's over there, Kara Notori " I stand up after he does, getting out my purple dagger and getting in a fighting stance. "That girl you've injured is Akio Ito, she's rather weak to pain for a ninja."

He suddenly dashes towards Kando, but before he reaches him, Kando stands up, throws his dice to the side and pulls out a kunai, blocking the guy's kunai from hitting him. "And I'm Kane Notori, remember it."
