Life is never truly in my favor, or any of my family member's favor for that matter, we Kuso truly do live up to our name. For as long as i remember i've been known as the cursed girl. Classmates and strangers alike try to stay clear of our family. When we're at the market, no one dares to be in the same isle as us. Unless of course, they don't know about our predicament, or they just believe our story as what it's meant to be, a fairytale.
The story goes like this. A Kuso from the main branch strayed away from our clan, and betrayed our family, betrayed their ways of living for power. She seeked power, and she failed, cursing our entire clan for eternity. Of course, I doubt this is the true story. This was generations past, and now not even our oldest clan members know the full story, or they don't wish to share. I've tried asking our grandmother once before, and the only thing i learned is that grandma can push me out the door and slam it very fast for someone her age.
This curse has put us in very overwhelming situations. My sister, Sara, goes to the ninja academy. She's probably the nicest nine year old to ever exist, she wouldn't dare to even hurt a fly, and she watches the ground for any ants, not wanting to crush any to death. I've told her numerous of times that it wouldn't hurt the ants, they don't feel pain the same way as humans, but she still insists. My point being, she is ridiculed for this curse, even though she far from deserves it.
And my mom, she's not even a Kuso, she married into the family when she married my father. But still, she is treated the same way as any other Kuso. Even her family has ignored her existence. It's become a thing for Kuso to marry to other members of the clan. They couldn't care less about keeping the blood strong. For them, it's the fact that nobody wants to marry into the cursed clan.
And my Uncle Jiro, the clan head, incourages intermarriages, he doesn't want other people outside of the clan to suffer from our curse. He has the exact opposite approach as my father did when he was alive, and when he was head of the clan. My father incouraged the clan to marry outside of the clan. He thought, that if they washed out the curse by procreating with other's that don't have the curse, and took their partner's last name, the clan will be no more, and the curse would be gone.
I kind of agree with my father. I'd rather try and get rid of the curse than just to live with it.

The second exam was frightening.
We stood In front of a large gate, behind it a forest. Me, Kando and Mando stood next to the blond kid, the uchiha and the pretty girl with pink hair. Anko Sensei stood in front of the group of genin, explaining to us where we were.
"This is the 44th battle traing zone. But we call it the forrest of death." Anko shot a crooked smile at the genin, and i felt Mando shiver from where he stood to my right.
"That look on Anko Sensei always scares me." Mando whispered. Kando shot him a glare that told him to shut up.
"I would have figured you would have said something about this place being called the forest of death" I whispered back to Mando. "Not her facial expression. We see that all time when Hansuke Sensei is trying to flirt with her."
Mando and I giggle a little too loudly, causing Kando to flick the back of our heads and whisper a "shut up, you might miss important information."
Turns out the only thing we missed was the blond kid being chased by academy students.
"Hey you, what are you doing? You're holding up the exams." Anko sensei walked up the the blond kid.
"Sorry but Konohamaru was telling me something about an interview about the academy newspaper." The blond kid explained to her.
" Oh yeah, I forgot all about that," She smiled and out her hand behind her head, "Lord Hokage has mentioned something about them interviewing me. Alright we're taking a 10 minute break. For those scheduled to be interviewed please be respectful to the reporters from the academy newspaper."
"I thought i was the only one being interveiwed." The blond kid looked at the boy, who i assume is Konohamaru, since that's what the blond kid refered to him as.
"No Boss, but you are the most important." Konohamaru stated.

As we waited for the students to finish their interviewing, me and my team forcus on making our plans for the forest of death.
"I'm sure it will be some kind of survival test." Kando ran a hand through his hair, and glanced at his brother. "Which means we've got this in the bag."
"Yeah, as long as we can all stick together, Kando's got us covered." I said, raising a hand up to Mando for a highfive. "He's always been better at fighting and stuff, so we'll have no problem in that aspect"
"True, and i know some stuff about fruits and plants that are okay to eat. I use them a lot to make cakes." Mando says, as he bites his lip, and glances at his brother. Seemingly as if he was waiting for Kando's approval.
"True." Kando sent a smirk towards Mando. "We could do this on our own, we don't need Rielri."
I shot a glare towards Kando, and was about ready to pounce on him and knock some sense into him, when i suddenly stopped and went a blushing mess at his next words.
"I'm only joking, I don't think our team would last without Rielri. We need her."
I went red and turned to face down at my lap, not wanting the boys to see the impact Kando has on me.
